Dr. Thompson, Recently saw your response to my review. The whole issue is that now yes I would need to do the leg work with my son's insurance. If I were still interested in him having a replacement. The issue had that been done when I initially inquired it would of been done by your office like times before. It was being noted by your office manager & apologies were given for the misinformation given to me & that was it moving forward. But what about the now we're just out of luck. Instead on that day sad but true what I got was passive why this detail was missed. I was told I can bring his glasses anytime before warranty I'm aware of that. I too had a very hard year with hospital stays since March til December in & out. I'm a caregiver for both my mom & son who you see. So details customer service would of been nice to have gotten. And I have watched on another appointment my daughter had with my grands after that. Which lacked the customer service experience that in past years I given your office the gold standard for. And I said nothing everyone deserves grace I give that in my everyday. But the mishap of a whole warranty eye frame possibly being replaced with an apology cause as of now it's too late thought deserve for you to know. I asked to speak to you & of course why you have an office Manager I get it. Just seemed unfair

I had been pleased with Dr. Thompson until today. I have had troubles with the lenses on two sets of glasses that were made. Today, I went to his office and was told he wasn't in. In fact, he was, but ignored me and tooled out in his 4X4 truck as I left. As a former dentist, I would have never ignored a patient or their needs. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, but I would suggest seeing an ophthalmologist for anything but the simplest eye care.

I've been going here for years! Everyone from front office staff to the doctors are great. Incredibly kind. I've never felt like they were "salesmen" like other offices I've visited in the past. It's a family operation. I typically see the husband but this time I had the honor of having the wife check my eyes. Both are knowledgeable and speak with great care. They always explain what's happening in a way that's easy to understand. They listen to any concerns I have and come up with solutions. I'll continue to be a patient for years to come.

Family owned optometrists. Dr Jeanna Thompson is terrific. She has a very genuine concern for the eye health of her patients. I fully trust her to take care of my most important sense, my vision. Her husband, Dr Phillip Thompson, helped me without hesitation, when I walked in one day, without an appointment, having trouble with some new contacts. His concern for my issue was on par with the great care I've received from Dr Jeanna. He made me feel welcome and didn't hurry me in any way. I really appreciate them both.

Wonderful people and all were willing to work with me! They also provided very nice fashion advice as I picked out my first pair of glasses. Also are willing to work with you to help get you something you can afford! Overall very helpful and super nice.

I drove over an hour just to see this special team. They took the time to run all appropriate eye, vision tests. Their office has a wonderful, respectful, and knowledgeable staff. My appointment with Dr. Jeanna Thompson went smooth and we talked about what was best for my eye sight. She and her staff went above and beyond. The office has up to date equipment and that was a plus for me. They also have a great selection of optical wear. Book your next exam with them you will not be disappointed.

I've been a loyal patient at College Boulevard Vision Care for years, and I'm consistently impressed by their amazing staff. They always go above and beyond to listen to my concerns and provide the best solutions. This practice truly sets the standard for excellent customer care.
