Tried to schedule appointment. Never answer their phone. They will text you and ask for your information you don't know who you are talking to. You can't select just routine eye exam. They will select the service for you. If you don't agree with what they offer you they will cancel your appointment. They want to know your information before the appointment via text. You should be able to talk with someone that won't happen. They will text you and ask your information close to your appointment. If I knew they was going to do this. I could have scheduled it with someone professional then them. I am glad I did not have appointment with them. And if you don't give the information by text when they ask you. You will get cancelled. Don't want to give you the option of routine eye exam want to give you what they want so they can get copay and add more fees to the appointment. Want to try to get all your information before you come in so they can add fees on. I wouldn't agree on another service they wanted to give me. I told them just wanted standard routine eye exam. So, they said they was going to cancel my appointment. I am glad I did not have appointment with them. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give them zero.

I scheduled a routine eye exam but was charged for extra services I never asked for. Retinal imaging was performed without my consent and added to my "copay" I paid a total of $79 and I HAVE EYE INSURANCE $0 COPAY for routine eye exams. After looking at other reviews, it seems this happens to a lot of patients, which is very concerning. It feels deceptive to add on services without clearly explaining the cost beforehand. On top of that, the appointment felt rushed and impersonal, like getting patients in and out was more important than actual care. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and time to understand their own eye health. I won't be returning and would warn others to ask detailed questions before agreeing to anything here.

Do not use this eye doctor. I have never been so rushed through an appointment. Never could get the prescription right and just pushed out the door. There are so many better options.

This was my first experience with Dr. Lee and it went very favorably. My appointment started on time and it was very efficient. They took pictures of my eyes which I had never had done before and as a result, my co-pay increased. Since that was not discussed or disclosed to me in advance of them doing the photos, he kindly agreed to waive the increase for me this time as a professional courtesy which I appreciated. I now know for next time what they will check and what it will cost but I am grateful for my very efficient and professional experience as a first time patient.

It was a quick and thorough exam. He told me what issue I had to fix my vision with my new glasses that no other did in the two years I've had trouble! All were kind and courteous! Focus is the place for your best eye exam!

I recently visited this clinic for an annual eye checkup--my first in several years. While the exam itself was fine, I was disappointed by the unexpected $39 charge for fundus photography (CPT code 92250). I was not informed that this service would be performed, nor was I given the option to decline it. It wasn't preauthorized or even mentioned during scheduling or at check-in. I only found out when I was asked to pay at the end of the visit. Given that I had clearly stated this was my first eye exam in a long time, I wish the staff had been more transparent about potential out-of-pocket services. I left feeling blindsided and taken advantage of. Patients deserve clear communication--especially when it involves additional costs.
