My experience was good. The team there is amazing. Tierra, LeAnn, and Arlene worked together to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and were able to help me decide on glasses fit my face for the look I wanted. They have great customer service and hospitality.

My experience today was great! From the eye exam to getting same day glasses, in less than 30min! I dont have a strong prescription or anything out of the ordinary so I was able to get same day lenses at a great price! Joe and the 2 ladies there today in the retail area were wonderful! Extremely helpful in finding frames that fit my budget and ensuring I got the best available discounts. They were very helpful and friendly. They really ensured I had a great experience! Joe went above and beyond to ensure I found a pair of glasses I was comfortable with. He is a very knowledgeable associate and personable.

Tiarra was exceptional! Excellent service, very personable. Great patience with all of our slow decision making. She didn't rest until we had found what we wanted. Perfect experience.

Joe was amazing!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and funny!!! Usually picking out and ordering glasses is time consuming and honestly a drag but he was so knowledgeable and made the process fun! The frame selection was awesome and Joe was super helpful in assisting us in picking out the right pair! He helped myself, my husband and my daughter and even went out of his way helping my daughter find the frames she'd had her heart set on. So grateful!

The team here was fantastic. Came in here on a whim after my optometrist appointment and they were incredibly helpful in everything picking out the right frames/lens options as well as going above and beyond of calling the vision insurance when I was unsure of what exactly was covered. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and would recommend this location if you're looking for a new pair of frames.

Update: Trying to get reimbursed the money I paid out on 2 pairs of safety glass lenses. They keep referring me back to the store to resolve the problem . The problem is the store manager. I just want reimbursed for the 2 sets of lenses that I paid for , and go our separate ways. I don't want nothing to do with this place anymore. It looks like small claims court. Here we come. Worst place ever. My company gets our safety glasses from this place. I got 2 pair within a year. Upon giving them my work voucher , they told me I needed to pay an additional 120.00. I got another pair 6 months later. The arm broke off 1 pair then not 2 months later the arm broke off the 2nd pair. I took them in and spoke with the manager Arlene . She was trying to charge me for another pair out of pocket. These safety glasses were less then a year old. She tried to place blame on me by saying that no one else has turned them in and complained about. I started raising my voice and then she said she would only do it this time but never again. She refused to reimburse me the 220.00 for the curved lenses. I will be taking my experience with your store and manager back to my safety director explaining the situation. I will also be filing a complaint with the attorney generals office over my 220.00 I paid out of pocket for. Lens crafters shame on you for poor customer service. I will not be back for my personal eyewear and my safety glasses. I will go somewhere else. HANK

I had no idea buying glasses could be an enjoyable experience. I always thought of it as dreadful and expensive. Well, not anymore. I had the most enjoyable purchasing experience in years. I'm not particularly someone that loves to go shopping but Chanel made this experience incredibly enjoyable. I went for an eye exam at the place next door and left with two prescription glasses. One for me and one for my husband. While I was getting my annual exam my husband was trying 40 pairs of glasses, he is a different breed lol. But they helped him narrowed it down, and he loves them. Chanel helped me get a shape that worked, then color, and even helped set the pressure once the new pairs arrived, since it's my first pair of glasses I was worried they would be too tight. I will recommend her moving forward! And any further glasses and adjustments I need I'll be going there :) Thanks Chanel!
