The only good thing I can say is that they were accommodating to my disability. Otherwise, no, just no. They built their brand on "glasses in about an hour". That didn't happen. I was told the lab wouldn't be able to do that and my glasses would have to be made offsite. It would take 2-3 days. I was told this after we already purchased the glasses. The only reason we drove an hour to go to a lenscrafters was for the same day service. They then said they could ship them to my home for an extra charge and and it would only take a another 2-3 days. Maybe that would be true if the store shipped them the same or next day after they received them, but no. It took a week for the store to receive the glasses. The store had them for 6 more days before shipping them. It will be at least 4 more days before I get the glasses. So from glasses in about an hour to over two weeks. And to top it off they hung up on me when I called to find out what was going on. It is well known that lenscrafters is one of the most expensive places to buy glasses and the fast service is baked into the price. So we paid premium prices for lowest quality experiences.

I went in Saturday after having a bad experience with EyeMart Express in Olathe (they screwed up my order). So after demanding a refund from EyeMart Express, I went to LensCrafters and found both Christopher and Lester to be super helpful. Then today I went back and ordered my new glasses. Christopher was knowledgeable and professional, and I'm eager to get my glasses in a couple of weeks. My confidence level that they will fill the prescription correctly is much higher than it would be if I was going back to EyeMart Express and trying to get them to "make it right" after they'd already screwed it up. I have every confidence that LensCrafters will get it right the first time. And the optician next door, Dr. Andy, was great, too. Highly recommend him, as well.

I have always had a great experience at this location for Lena Crafters. During this trip, I took in 3 pairs of glasses to get them tightened as they were falling off my face and Christopher was very kind to adjust them for me for no cost.
