Noyce Family Eye Care

We've gone here for about 10 years. My kid got a new computer monitor that was bigger than his previous one. My wife called to speak with Dr. Noyce to ask some questions regarding this causing concern for our kid's eye health. A lady called my wife back with some generic info & was rude. My wife requested they call me. The presumably same rude employee, because she was rude to me also, called me with the same generic info. I could tell she was just relaying information because she couldn't answer my follow up questions, then hung up on me. I called back & a different employee answered. This one was nice but indicated that the doctor may not have time for calls. I asked her to inform Dr. Noyce that if I can't speak briefly with her directly, about something I feel is pretty important, I will likely have to take our business somewhere else. That was late last week & it's now Tuesday afternoon. Looks like we are just going to move onto an eye care center who values their customers, especially when children are involved.

I haven't ever been a patient at this practice, but I was visiting from out of town and forgot all of my daily contacts. We called Noyce eye care and they happily gave me a couple pairs to get me by! I was amazed by their generosity and I imagine they operate their practice with the same generosity they showed me! Thank you so much!

I've been there twice and got excellent service each time. I needed to have my glasses adjusted and even though I didn't buy them from Noyce Family Eye Care they still promptly adjusted them for me.

I had a wonderful experience! I've never had a doctor show me the picture of my eye before. It was very interesting and educational! The front staff is super helpful as well; very attentive but also gave space to look at all the glasses. I really appreciated the breakdown of costs on all parts of the glasses; they really helped me find a couple pairs that were both cute and within my budget!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Appointments start on time, and you are given excellent care, the Dr does not rush through the appointment and explains everything in a way you understand your eye care. 5 out of 5 stars every visit, from front office staff, optometry assistants, and Dr Gupta. Same staff for the 5 years I've been going there, that says a lot in this day and age!

I love Dr. Noyce and her staff! I've seen over a dozen different eye docs in my life and none have been as thorough, knowledgeable and personable as Dr. Noyce. Besides just needing contacts and glasses, I've seen the doc for multiple corneal abrasions and she's been amazing. With my last cornea issue, Clara and several staff members stayed 1.5 hrs after closing time just to make me a pair of glasses and phone calls to my insurance company and pharmacy. Clara also helped pick out my frames and was honest about what looked best on me, which was important to me since I could really only see out of one eye. They definitely take great care of their patients and I recommend Noyce Family Eye Care to everyone who is looking for an eye doctor.

They took excellent care of our entire family! Dr. Gupta saw my10 yr old(who has seizures, and autism) and she was wonderful, very patient, and very thorough with his exam. Dr. Noyce saw my 12 yr old and myself, and she was a joy! Also very thorough, and even helped me to better understand the "how's and why's". Even the staff, especially Miss Clara, were amazing, and over the top helpful from picking out glasses to explaining coverage, etc. Would highly recommend for everyone, and every age!

I have been going to Noyce Family Eye Care now for two years. Their costumer service is excellent. Mitch is always wonderful throughout the process, answers all of my questions and explains everything so thoroughly! He even helped me pick out my frames and I've LOVED them! I get so many compliments on them. Dr. Nicci was also great during the exam, she made sure I was comfortable and was patient while I decided which contacts I liked and they even sent me home with three different types to try over the next couple of weeks to decide what I felt most comfortable with! They were quick and efficient through the insurance process and made that part a breeze. I was able to get an exam, a pair of glasses and contacts for a very reasonable price! Love this place and will continue going and telling people how wonderful it is!!!!
