Overland Park Eye Care

Everyone in my family has seen Dr. Mancillas, and three of us have been under regular care for the last five years. I cannot say enough good things about both the doctor and his staff.

I'm from out of town and forgot my overnight bag at home so I didn't have any contacts with me. I have a copy of my prescription and they were able to give me a 5 day supply of contacts to get me by! The gal that helped me was so sweet and helpful! I would highly recommend this office!

NERVER TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! I took my daughter (5) to get her first eye exam due to the school requesting. We choose this office due to proximity to our location. The way the dr spoke to my child was completely uncalled for. Constantly calling her princess, telling her to 'stop talking, I'm talking to your mother', 'we can do this the hard way or the easy way- hard way is your keep crying and I give you the eye drops anyway'. In prepping for this appointment I explained to my daughter that she will have eye drops and it will be okay. As her mother I knew she had anxiety even going to this appointment. Prior to the eye drops i told her it won't hurt that much. The dr said 'well that's a lie mom. This is going to hurt'. This then sent my daughter into a panic. The way he talked to me was unacceptable. I will never go here again and you should not either. I was in complete shock and wish I would have just walked out.

Had an eye injury that was very uncomfortable, and they were able to work me in between clients the morning I called. Staff was very nice, and doctor was very helpful and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. My experience with them has been great.

I had a great experience with my regular eye exam. I would highly recommend this place.

Clean office, very friendly staff. Looks like a busy place.
