The treatment was good but very poor pocess for medicine and following up. Post eye exam struggled more then 5days without eye drops. Called twice to send my medicine to cvs

I went in months ago and ordered a pair of new glasses which had to be remade after I went in to pick them up because there was an unacceptable 'cloud' in one lens which the sales person could also see. She kept the new glasses and said she would get back. I had paid in full already. More months went by and I hadn't heard back. I finally dropped in and they had a difficult time locating my order, and after we agreed that they were OK, no hard case was offered and I had to humbly request one. Just a poor experience across the board. I won't be returning to Overland Park Eye Center with all the options there are out there.
