There was an easy check in process at Professional Eye Care South. The staff at front desk were kind and thorough. I went with staff to get preliminary work done to see optometrist. Professional overall but seemed frustrated a bit with either himself or me. Directions on what to do were clear except on one test or picture. It also could have been me. Optometrist Andy friendly and calm and good communicator. Answered questions and advised me to exactly what he was doing. Overall, the clinic seems to use their technology quite well which made for a seemless visit.

I've been going here a few years and they have been amazing! Love the staff and Dr. Anderson! A couple of years ago he detected a tiny spot on my eye and I had emergency surgery since it was a torn retina. I was so impressed and trust my eyes are well taken care of at Professional Eyecare South! Plus, making an appointment is so easy and the followup is wonderful from adding the appt to your calendar and driving directions on the day of your appt sent to you via text! Love all the attention to details!

Staffs are very friendly and the waiting time is very less. Dr. Melissa was so kind and patience in doing the eye test. Only concern was it would be great if they have poster which details on fees structure for each test and respective fees that are covered in the consent forms where the patients are signing.
