We have been Dr. Speak patients for more than 10 years, my kiddos, my wife and me. And we change our insurance about 4 years ago and we never had a issue until this 2026 with the new front desk people who canceled our appointment two times, one because supposedly they do not have our insurance ( I went for an emergency on October 2025 and they had all the information) we took out the school both kiddos ... anyways we were forced to reschedule, then they cancel again because they did not find our insurance ... By the way I called my insurance and Dr. Speak is in network. Hopefully Dr. Speak read this message because her team is awfully negligent , they denied us the appointments with no reason ... shame , so shame.

I could tell as soon as I walked in that Speak Eyecare would be my new favorite vision shop!!! The team was friendly and kind and Dr. Speak is a true genius, taking time to answer questions and concerns, in a very thorough manner. This is one appointment I will actually look forward to every year!!!

I have been going to Dr. Speak for many years now. She is great. She spends time with me and explains things in detail. Very caring. I had an emergency recently and they got me right in to be seen. Great staff as well. I highly recommend.

Is there a rating greater than five stars, because I cannot recommend Speak Eyecare enough! From the second I walked through the door, the staff made it their mission to ensure I was comfortable, had my questions answered, and felt like I was surrounded by professionals who truly cared about my vision. I had had a very bad experience with a previous eye care provider, and it truly felt like everyone at Speak took it personally to ensure I had a better experience. The entire staff was warm, kind, friendly, patient, and funny, and answered all of my questions. In a time and age where customer service is the exception and no longer the norm, the entire staff at Speak made me feel welcomed and safe. I am grateful to have a new partner in my vision care, and thank Dr. Speak, Megan, and Shannon for their kindness and care.

Dr speak and her staff are awesome. I had spent over 2 years going to other Drs about an eye problem, and none of them could figure it out. Dr Speak diagnosed it within minutes and expedited my referral to a surgeon. She's been a fount of knowledge and involved in following up after my surgery. The office is quiet, clean, staff are friendly, and they have a huge selection of frames.

Dr. Speak is an incredible eye doctor. She made my first experience incredibly informative and easy. She gave great advice, and her recommendations were accurate and helpful for my situation. Thank you for also taking the time to fill out an accommodation form for me and going above and beyond.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Speak for many years. She goes to great lengths to achieve the best results. Her expertise with difficult prescriptions is exceptional. She takes time to answer questions and also has a wonderful personality. Her office staff is very helpful and friendly as well.
