Interestingly enough, this business will not call you once your purchase has arrived and is ready to pick up. It's quite odd. My original purchase was at the location for approximately 1 week before I called, thinking it was unusual that I hadn't heard from them yet. They were very nonchalant about it when they told me they had been there that long. This again happened when my frames had to be replaced. I called to ask an ETA and they told me they had already arrived, but didn't say when. Keep in mind payment was made in advance in both cases. I was happy with everything else. If you go here just make sure you call every day to ask if your items are in yet or who knows when they'll let you know.

I have never been to this location or any location of this business before and they will not stop calling me. Monday- Saturday at all hours. They have my info and keep saying I'm overdue for an exam. I have told them several times on the phone , text and email to stop contacting me. I will be reporting to the BBB, this is ridiculous.
