Target Optical

Can we talk about how wonderful they are here. I walked right in and was helped immediately. I had a glass repair, my wireless lense popped out a couple weeks ago and I was unable to put it back in. I've been walking around town unable to see clearly. They assisted me in two minutes at no charge. Thank you so much for your kindness!

I was skeptical about getting glasses at Target, but I've been in the hunt for a new pair for some time. Jamie made the whole process so easy. From picking out frames, to making sure the frames fit comfortably she made the process enjoyable and easy. I will definitely be returning to Target optical and asking for Jamie!

What a wonderful experience I had today with Vicki as well as the entire staff at Target Optical. In a time where most people are unpleasant as well as rude, dealing with the staff here was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was polite, professional, personable and courteous. Look forward to coming back to get glasses!

This was a great visit for my new patient exam recently. I switched eye doctors because my old doctor seemed to always "up-selling" me with add-on nonsense. Also they gave me no estimate of day and night pairs of glasses, which ended up around $700-800 with great insurance. And, no itemized receipt. So Target Optical is a premium partner with my vision insurance company, & I decided to give them a try. Well. the staff were all knowledgeable, professional, and nice as could be (Thanks Dennison and Bertie for your help!). The exam itself with Dr. Roslyn Ballard was the best! She knows her "stuff" and thoroughly examined my eyes. My old eye clinic had all the latest fancy equipment, but Dr. Ballard got out her traditional tools once ot twice and I believe she did a better job with those! She found some concerns the fancy glaucoma detection machine & tracker" failed to find, and the old clinic did that as an 'add-on" service for $35. Not Dr. Ballard - it was part of the exam and her tool worked better, in my opinion, because she is a master at using it. So glad I went to Target Optical; better experience, less expensive than the other place, no pitching of add-ons you "need", and they tell you the exact cost breakdown when choosing your glasses. My trust has been restored in eye doctors and exams. Thanks guys; I know I'm in good hands with you! I appreciate it.

Could not recommend this location enough! I'm a first time glasses owner, so coming in was a bit overwhelming with not knowing where to start. That was until this kind, chipper young lady named Jamie stepped in and saved the day. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Not to mention that she smelled amazing and has great teeth!

Today i went to Target Optical at 12200 Blue Valley Pkwy , Overland Park, Ks shopping for a new pair of glasses ,, 1st let me start off by saying this was the most professional Staff I've ever encountered ( Vicki & Amanda ) both were so knowledgeable about my needs and the products at the store ,, which made the experience one I'll remember , and FYI , this is now my Go To Optical Store , again ,, thanks again to the Staff on site

Such helpful staff here! I've purchased two pairs of glasses here and they always explain my insurance benefits perfectly. Today I walked in due to my glasses being slightly over stretched and she fixed them on the spot. Thanks Vicki!
