Dr. Ryan Wineinger

THE Dr is great. But ordered glasses. First pair did not have the right measurements done. So they reordered. I called to see if they were back in and was told yes. When I got there was told they could not find them and that they were given to the wrong patient. But they did not know who. These were already paid for and now they have to reorder them again , however they were out if the frames i bought...1 month and still waiting. Won't be buying glasses here again.

The gentlemen who walked me through my eye exam were very friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on with my eyes. But don't expect very good/friendly customer service. Melissa had been rude to me on the phone and in person multiple times that I've talked to her for no reason. She called to let me know that I left my mask there after my first appt. Knowing that I would be back in to pick up my glasses (which by the way, they never actually called to tell me they were ready, when I called to ask a question about my order, they then informed me that they were actually ready to be picked up. Thanks for the call...) When I came back in and asked for my mask, apparently she just threw it away. She was completely rude about it too. Just don't know what her problem is but didn't feel it was necessary to be so rude the whole time. Way to make your clients feel welcomed. Probably won't be back here for my next prescription.

Dr. Roger Wineinger has been my optometrist for more than 30 years. Honestly, he always makes me feel as though we are more like friends than doctor/patient. I love going to my appointments. The exams are exceedingly thorough. I could not be more confident in the consistently excellent care I've received with Dr. Wineinger. My highest recommendation!

I've been going to Wineinger Eye Care for some 35 plus years. They continue to be exemplary in their handing of my eye care needs. Always great at detailed checking of my eyes (I am diabetic now) and I've always purchased my glasses/contacts from them as I'm sure what I get is correct when I do. Dr Wineinger is the best!

I initially was very happy with the service but after the appointment was over they were explaining what I owed. The lady at the front was rude and acted like I was stupid because I didn't understand what the insurance covered, discount percentages and such. Instead of explaining how it worked in a nice manner she pissed me off. I ended up picking the wrong option because I didn't understand and they didn't explain it in a simple manner. I asked what the difference was between two options and couldn't get a straight answer that made sense. She was too quick to get me out of the door. Suggestion? The front desk is the first and last person your customers see. Make sure their not rude to customers. It's the old bag that was rude, the younger woman was nice.

They got me in very quickly to look at a problem I was having, even though I was not (yet) a patient there. I had recently moved and hadn't yet settled on a new eye doctor in the area. I have now.
