I never write bad reviews. This place is so unprofessional! My exam went well, but I have been waiting over 8 weeks for them to mail me my glasses which they have in their office- claiming they "just haven't have time to take them to the post office." I STILL haven't received them after 8 WEEKS! I live out of state, otherwise I would have picked them up myself. Just lazy with no concern for their patients! Absolutely unacceptable way to run a business, please go elsewhere.

My family and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jamie Johnson. She was thorough, patient and took the time to address all of our concerns, especially with our kids(who were switching to contact lenses). Her expertise and caring approach made our visit a great one!

Dr. Jamie Johnson is the best! She takes her time to ensure our eye health is where it needs to be. My kids enjoy going to the eye doctor because she takes her time to answer all of their questions. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, I would recommend her!

I called the office and told the woman I need a prescription for contact lens. She made me an appointment for May 14th, 2024 at 10am. At the appointment Doc Holt told me I also was due for a retinopathy exam. I told him, "All I want is a prescription for contact lens." Ignoring my request, he went ahead and did the retina exam. I never received the contact lens prescription. I didn't receive any prescription for anything. Doc Holt turned all of the exams into my Medicare. Medicare allows us to have eye exams once a year, since Dr. Holt completed my eye exam, I can't go to an eye doctor through Medicare until next year! He billed Medicare for $230 and I had to pay $84 out of my pocket! He, nor his staff didn't tell me I was out of network so I was billed more. Not only that- he shared confidential information about me which is illegal. I need that money ($314) refunded to me so I can see a legitimate eye doctor. Also, the staff is very rude.

They won't give you your prescription in order to buy glasses online! Even if you have a current prescription/ or expired they will not give you the information you need in order to buy glasses elsewhere. They tell you you'll need a current appointment but even when you go to your appointment they will not give you your prescription. Very unprofessional and rude employees. Low quality glasses that hardly last one year- there are better eye doctors out there with better prices. I honestly don't see how they keep this place open. They scam their customers!

I had my first appointment with this clinic in January, 2024. Dr. Jamie N. Johnson was so willing to answer all questions and was extremely detailed in her explanation of my eye health. I would highly recommend working with her! Thanks, Dr. Johnson!

I have been seeing Doctor Holt for about ten years now. He and his staff are excellent. Very friendly, respectful of my budget, etc. Today though they went above and beyond. Julie called to say my contacts weren't in yet and due to the virus they might be closing so she gave me a trial pair of my old contacts to get me through. Great customer service during a tough time.
