Well, I was a patient there until I got new coverage. So, I went into the office asking if they knew or would recommend another optometrist that was in network with my coverage. The woman looked at me, and her response on her face...well, it wasn't helpful. She said, "we don't know anyone who's in your new plan." Wasn't word for word, but she looked clueless, like the movie. I went into there to hopefully find another eye doctor, because I'm a diabetic, and diabetics need special eye care. I guess the receptionist is not compassionate or empathic enough to see if Dr. Young had a recommendation.

Exceptional experience. Very friendly staff. When picking any sort of provider, I try to avoid the flashy new buildings, marble floors, thousand dollar light fixtures, etc. because they are going to be more expensive. InFocus Eyecare is unpretentious and comfortable. Dr. Young is extremely knowledgable, down-to-earth and pleasant to visit with. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. An absolute gem.
