Great experience. Dogs messed up my fiance's glasses and came in to see if they could be repaired. They were pretty much done for so ended up getting them into a new frame instead. He found a few pairs that fit nicely and priced right.
I was in and out within 15 minutes and that's with sending pictures back to my lady at home to figure it which ones she liked.
Would recommend and will be coming back for any future repairs or anything glasses related.

One of my favorite very nice glasses was malformed from being placed on a frame stand. Took the glasses somewhere that was not able to fix them and so they sat for a year. I found Shawnee Optix based on customer reviews. The customer service was absolutely wonderful! My glasses were fixed in like 5 minutes. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice the large selection of glasses they offer. I mean who knew Bobbie Brown had a line of glasses (maybe I'm late to the party). John, the owner, genuinely cares about his clients. When I purchased my glasses from him in the spring of 2019, I was impressed with his attention to detail when he took measurements to make sure the glasses and lenses were the best fit for me. My respect for his expertise was further reinforced when I visited his office today to ask him to repair my glasses. He did this efficiently and at no charge. I am pleased with how John was able to extend the life span of both my prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I recommend that anyone looking for eyeglasses use Shawnee Optix.
