We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Whitfill and the entire team at Greene Vision Group. Our 4-year-old needed surgery for crossed eyes, and as parents, we were nervous about the whole process. From the very first consultation, Dr. Whitfill was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He explained everything in a way that put us at ease and helped us feel confident in moving forward.
The surgery itself went beautifully, and our child recovered quickly thanks to the excellent care we received. Not only were the results amazing, but Dr. Whitfill's compassion and gentle approach with our little one made all the difference. He truly treated our child like his own, and that level of care is rare to find.
We are beyond grateful for Dr. Whitfill's skill and the warm, supportive staff at Greene Vision Group. Thanks to them, our child not only sees better but has so much more confidence. We would recommend Dr. Whitfill to any parent without hesitation--he is simply the best!
Staff at Dr. Roses office (Grene Vision Maize Rd) are outstanding. Very caring and make sure they answer all of your questions. I've been going to Dr. Rose for 30+ years and my family has been patients as well. Highly recommend for all of your optical health needs.
I'm a new client at GV on Maize Rd. My experience first few visits were disappointing which had me consider going elsewhere. My first appointment for the exam -- they weren't friendly or welcoming. I understand not liking your job and dealing with people. I like to believe I was nice but energy was not reciprocated. My optometrist, Dr. Jennie Kutschka herself was nice. As for the optical, my son and I walked around and waited an hour to be called. I finally asked about the wait time. I was told they clicked our name off and assumed we were taken care of. Second visit, we went to the location on Ridge for wider selection. That experience was nice and easy. They took care of us. Girl did a great job helping me pick out frame best suitable for my face. No complaints there. Third visit, we picked up our glasses on Maize Rd. This girl was very obvious she didn't want to be at work so I hesitated telling her my concerns regarding the new pair of glasses. I'm not experienced with purchasing glasses so I was hoping she'd give me advice. She made little eye contact and was very short with her responses. I got the hint-- Made her job easier by leaving. Day 4: Kadence helped me today in the Optical department. She was very helpful and hospitable! I appreciate her taking the time to make sure I was satisfied before I left. She offered service I didn't ask for (because I didn't know I could request such) --great customer service! I'm generally an anxious person but her energy was calming. I'm very grateful! Best experience. Thank you!
Best experienced I ever had at a Dr's office. Staff was very friendly, they tried very hard not to make us wait very long. The doctor whitfil was great with my 7 month old boy with downsyndrome. He was very clear spoken. His manners were great he shook my hand at first and last encounter. Explained what he was doing before he did it. My son loved him. My son couldn't stop smiling up until they had to gently hold his eyes open for a exam. My son pushed through it all like a champ. Also they were very gentle with my son. Thank you for your service. All of them need a raise or a bonus.
My husband's eye appts and both eye surgery went well. Dr. Mohammed is a very skilled and compassionate eye surgeon. He is trustworthy, easy to talk with, and explains what he was doing during my husband's appointments. We certainly appreciate the excellent service he and his staff have provided. They are amazing! We will definitely recommend Dr. and his staff to others. Thank you so much!
I have been coming to Grene Vision on Maize Road for close to 5 years and for the most part I've been pleased. Location is good, clean & pleasant facility, & friendly staff, however the wait time is quite troublesome. I understand that drs doing the procedures are in short supply, numbing for procedures takes time, procedures in general take time, & emergencies happen. But some simple steps could be taken to make that wait-time more pleasing, such as: offering coffee or water to waiting patients, communicating with waiting patients the status of their wait, and little snacks would be nice however I know that's probably unreasonable. I have spent many hours in that waiting area and thru the years, visited with many people (many who were very disgruntled and did not return). Many are from other communities outside of Wichita and don't understand why they are expected to wait such a long time.As was I when I first started coming there. I now understand and just come prepared to be there for awhile.

Dr. Leitner is fantastic! Extremely friendly, professional & actually seems like she cares! She is awesome. I will tell you that as "bedside manner" goes there is none better. Most specialist are arrogant and too matter of fact. She talks to you like a person who actually cares about your medical outcomes.
I am always pleased with the care and attention I receive as a patient of Dr. David Chacko & his team. Dr. Chacko is one of the kindest & personable physicians I have even met. He greets me by name with a warm smile & a welcoming handshake every time.. We share meaningful conversations about life. He cares deeply about the health of my eyes & for that I am so very grateful. I can't imagine trusting another doctor to this critical process & procedure. Having ones eyes injected is a scary prospect and he makes it a breeze.
