Dr Randall was so kind and was absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old. The girl who did the first exams made my son feel so comfortable and that is quite a feat for him. The girls at the desk were really sweet too. We will definitely come back.

I've been a patient at West Wichita Family for over 20 years and have received excellent service. Dr Lamp has been my doctor through the years. He has been most helpful in making sure that my conditions don't worsen. The receptionists are great and waiting time is never very long. Up to date equipment also. Great assistants Thanks

The Dr was amazing. He explained things. Showed me the actual pic of my eyes. Even showed me how they work with children after I asked. He and your entire staff were pleasant and smiling. Very happy with your eye wear techa they have helped several times to adjust my glasses. I enjoy your office vibe. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.

The staff and Dr were all really nice and helpful. I got checked in very quickly for an eye exam and the Dr was very patient at explaining and answering every question. Well today was my first time there. They were so nice! When I first scheduled my appointment, they walked me through what steps I need to take to fill out the paperwork online. They seen me very soon for a new customer. They brought me in the back and checked my eyes with their new tech and it was very quick and easy. The lady who helped me today was a sweetheart too. My Dr was Emily. She was very kind and patient with me too and very informal with everything. They even helped me pick out my frames and it was all very convenient and quick! I would highly recommend this to a friend or family member and will be coming back. Thank you guys for everything!

I went there for an eye exam. I don't need glasses. I already wear reading glasses. And the doctor said that's all I needed. Got me some safety glasses for work with bifocals. The lady that helped me was very nice, very friendly. And knew what she was doing. All of the employees seemed very nice. And I believe I'll go back there in the future if I need to. And I'll recommend them to my friends.

I usually don't look forward to getting my yearly eye exam, but I love this practice! I saw Dr. Dougherty, who was knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I would also like to give a shout-out to Brady for being helpful and informative, and making my glasses purchasing experience a cinch. I didn't quite catch the name of the staff member who did the pre-testing portion of my visit, but he was also great and very personable.
