I've been going to Dr. Jennifer Taylor at Grene Vision for several years now and told her at this last annual appointment that I always look forward to coming to her office. Dr. Taylor and her staff are friendly, efficient and professional. I also had the pleasure of working with Bree, who helped me choose glasses. Bree was so fun and helpful. It was obvious she knew her profession and wanted me to be happy with my choice. I highly recommended Dr. Taylor and this Grene Vision office on N. Ridge Road!!

Love our eye doctors. Billing is a mess. Billing done by a third party - bills never correct - billing customer service people are clueless - I have to look up insurance information - talk to insurance people - get all documentation in order - share all this will the billing people - AND IT IS STILL INCORRECT - few to no statements sent and then not complete - NO ONE to talk with at Grene Vision about billing - they seem not to care - as much as we like our eye doctors, we are considering changing just so we do not have to deal with billing frustrations. Grene Vision - would love for you all to contact us and have some concern and help

Everyone that we cane into contact with at the office was very friendly, kind , and helpful. The staff who checked us in and fitted my son's glasses were both knowledgeable and patient with us. Dr.Anderson and her tech assistant were all of the above! Dr. Anderson always takes her time to answer my questions. Her tech assistant was so patient with my special needs son when she was doing the preliminary tests on his eyes. Thank you to all of you for making our appointments pleasurable.

Excellent care. I started seeing Dr Macy Pruit in Winfield and followed her to Wichita. Really appreciate her expertise and her willingness to answer all my questions. Thanks for excellent service !

Excellent experience ! As a new patient they got me appointment the very next day. Does that always happen, maybe not, but it showed they will do it if possible. My experence in the office was fantastic. All questions were answered. The front desk, the doctor's assistant and the doctor were very professional and knowledeable. I left with the feeling I was taken very good care of. So glad I became a part of the customer base.

I have been seeing Dr. Askew at Grene Vision Group fir the last 3 yrs since moving to Wichita, KS. He does my regular annual visits as well as my bi-annual visits to monitor my Glaucoma. He makes sure to explain all the tests taken and answers any questions I may have. I was recommended by my prior optometrist in Colorado to the Grene Vision Group. I appreciate the office staff and Dr. Askew. Thanks to them all.

I've been a patient at Greene Vision for the past ten years, but my experience has been far from satisfactory in the last two years. After my regular optometrist retired, I consulted two new optometrists, hoping to find someone who would address my concerns. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, I expressed that my vision had deteriorated, but I felt unheard. The new prescription I received barely differed from my previous one and offered no real improvement. Additionally, I've faced ongoing billing issues for the last two years, which has been incredibly frustrating. The billing service Greene Vision uses is unresponsive and hard to reach. Thankfully, Madison at the Ridge Road office was a bright spot in my experience. She was able to resolve my billing issue, which stemmed from the billing department incorrectly submitting claims to my primary insurance instead of my vision insurance. Overall, while I appreciate Madison's help, I cannot overlook the lack of attention to my vision concerns and the continual billing problems. I hope Greene Vision can improve these areas in the future.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The wait was a little long, but the child play area was a nice distraction for the kids. But once we were in the exam went smoothly and quickly. Their selection of glasses for children was a decent amount, so my daughter was able to find the glasses that best matched her style.
