Dr. Whitney Gaskin

I absolutely love Dr. Gaskin's office. Her and her staff are outstanding and always accomadates our needs. I've got a family of 7 and all my kiddos are now adults. She's been treating them since they were in school. We all continue to see her even if we've moved out of BG. We did try other eye doctors when our insurance changed but ended up going back to her and paying out of pocket because she's just that good! Highly recommend!

Dr. Gaskin is outstanding!!! We recently transferred the whole family over to her practice and she has been very helpful by working with us to meet our needs. A few weeks ago on a Friday my vision became cloudy when I put in my contacts and just kept getting worse. I called and they worked me in. She was able to prescribe some eye drops and gave me her cell phone and said if it didn't start getting better to text her. Not many doctors will give you phone # to reach them at over the weekend.

Whitney is nice and I thought she was accommodating as well. If you want to order glasses online you're out of luck. I informed her when I had my exam that I wanted to order online. She said we can go anywhere including online since she's not affiliated with Sams Club optical. However, she will NOT measure your PD. So therefore, you cannot order online. Unless of course you want to guess at PD measurements yourself. You can call and ask and the receptionist will just be rude and tell you that you're out of luck. The lack of 1 simple measurement cost them a family of patients.

Great with kids, takes the time to make sure all questions were answered. Friendly staff
