I been been using this eye care business for literally decades. I stay because the team here is always the best! I found them when they had small space in the mall and followed them to their location across from Krogers & of course on to the current facility, which is beautiful! I don't come back for that, though I love the calming atmosphere! It is the very caring staff that keeps me coming back. Have brought in all my family. Recently also recommended a friend new to the area and they were very very pleased with them! I can't say enough! If you are looking for the best eye care in the area - maybe in a several states region, this is the place to go. Plus they work well with my insurance. I no longer have vision insurance - but certain aspects of my exam, stemming from a tear in the back of my eye years ago, they take the time to bill my medical for part of my exam. Saving me money, while making their job harder. I really appreciate that extra care! Their level of care is the height of professional excellence! I can't recommend too highly!

If you are looking for a new Eye Care Center... look no further! My current doctor stopped accepting my insurance and I had to look for a new doctor, which is never fun! I knew of Precision Eye from their Dental practice... (which is also amazing BTW! Seriously, the first time in my life I actually enjoy going to the dentist!) ... but Precision Eye made the new transition very easy and their staff is incredible!

Best eye exam/care experience I've ever had! I have been experiencing headaches so I called, and they got me in the same day! Everyone was incredibly nice, and I didn't have to wait long once I signed in. Huge plus in my book. And Dr. Taylor Runyon was fantastic!!!!!! So nice and thorough, and she got me back to seeing 20/20. Thank you all for a wonderful experience and for getting me in so fast! I will be back.

This experience, with Dr. Taylor, was everything I wanted in an optometrist visit! I've been to other places that focus on the machines performing the bulk of the exam and are lacking on the personal aspect. Precision has all the fancy equipment, but Dr.Taylor went over my scans with me and educated me about what she looks for in these scans. She also made me feel like she wanted to take the time with me instead of rushing me through just to get to the next patient. Every single staff member there was phenomenal and so kind. They communicated well with me before, during, and even after my exam to follow up. I couldn't be more pleased with the time and care that they all took with me during my visit!!

I have been seeing Dr. Duvall since 2008. I highly recommend Dr. Duvall at Precision Eye Care.
Yesterday, for the first time, I was escorted to the eye glass area. I was treated like I needed to purchase glasses right then. I had looked at the glasses prior to meeting Dr. Duval and did not see right now what I would like. I tried asking for my hard copies of my prescription and it was not readily given to me. The woman said that things have changed around here.
I went to another eye glass place in town and had seen what I wanted; but low & behold the technician at Dr. Duvalls had put through even the "materials" on my insurance which locked to Precision Eye Care only. I had to call and express my feeling to unlock the materials for me.
I will absolutely, continue to see Dr. Duvall and will express my feelings of what had happened me.

So I've been going to Precision for about 4 years, up until recently they have been fine. That is until they offered to get me set up with scleral contacts. At first I would go in every couple of weeks for a fitting, didn't work, fine, but this kept going on for 2 years. They strung me along, they would go months without contacting me then when i did, it would magically show up a week later. This last time they didn't contact me for 3 MONTHS! The whole time they gave me wrong prescription contacts because they didn't have the right ones in stock for samples. Couldnt even get prescirption changed because even though they were checking my eyes each time they never did a real eye exam. Needless to say they're pathetic for treating me this way and I'm going to file a complaint with the optometrist board, not that it'll do much but it'll make me feel better at least. Just pure cowardice.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I'm an everyday glasses wearer and the right temple arm broke off last night and not only did they have my glasses fixed in 10 minutes they adjusted them for me too. The hospitality and kindness was something I haven't experienced in a long time and I will now recommend them to anyone who talks about glasses. I didn't get the women's name who worked on my glasses but her kindness made my whole day.
