Love & Warden Eye Care Center

My neighbors who are long time clients recommended Love & Warden to me. All staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I did not have vision insurance and exam was affordable & thorough with private pay. I am extremely satisfied.

If I could give less stars I would. I call in to make an appointment for myself and my son. The lady on the line asks if I have any insurance and I tell her that I don't have any vision but I have WellCare medical insurance. She says they do not accept WellCare. I tell her that's fine I am okay paying out of pocket. She refuses saying because she knows I have WellCare she still won't accept me. So now they are prejudice against WellCare. I was planning on PAYING OUT OF POCKET. But she REFUSED still. So if you have medical insurance they don't accept be sure NOT to tell them. I will never refer ANYONE to this company.

I just moved to KY from MI and hadn't seen an eye doctor in a couple years. I met Dr. Rhonda Bray and she changed my life. When I first began my appt I had my blood pressure taken. I'd never had that done at an eye doctor before. It was high - like 200/105. When Dr. Bray met me she considered calling an ambulance to take me to the hospital for instant help. I was moved by her response but told her I had medicine at home. She found me a medical doctor and made me an appt for the following day. I am moved that any doctor would care that much - and make me an appt for help. I am beholding to Dr. Bray as she most likely stopped me from having huge problems. The exam was the most thorough I have ever had. I would give more stars than 5 if allowed. The entire staff was perfect and I look forward to trusting this eye care staff for all of my vision care in my future. Thank you hardly seems adequate words.

I have been going to Dr Tammy Love for 15 years. I hope always found her to be very thorough, attentive, caring, and good at what she does. I would highly recommend her.

First time here as a new patient and couldn't be happier with Dr. Bray and her staff. They were all very pleasant and tentative to my needs.

I'm at this office more than I care to admit due to ongoing issues with my right eye, including a stubborn corneal scratch that just won't heal. But I can honestly say this place is a blessing. From check-in to clinic assistants to every single doctor I've seen--they are all absolutely incredible. The care, compassion, and professionalism are unmatched. I feel truly heard and cared for every visit. If I could give them 11 out of 10, I would. Highly, highly recommend!
