GGC Eyes

I really liked Dr. Jackson and will continue to see him as my regular eye doctor as long as I'm in the area. I purposely did not fully disclose the history of my eye health, but he picked up on it during the exam. He was very kind and concerned with my overall health. Fantastic doctor! This comes from someone who has lost pretty much all faith in the medical community over the last 5 years. The staff in his office were very nice and welcoming. The wait was very short. I deducted a star on account of the experience with the optician. After she looked up my info and realized she didn't take my insurance (it was accepted by Dr. Jackson's office), she was very dismissive. This was after having to wait onnher office at least 15 min with dilated eyes just to be told she couldn't take my insurance and then to give me a printout of my prescription. This should be handled differently. If they aren't going to gake your insurance for glasses, they should give you the prescription upstairs so you're not waiting for nothing. I asked if she could at least measure pupillary distance. She said that cost $25, but would go towards the price of glasses. Seriously?! I just paid for an eye exam. That's a little ridiculous.

Always been a great experience with both Dr. Bunnell and Dr. Jackson.
