Kevin Jackson, O.D.

Dr. Jackson sees both of my toddlers. He is wonderful with kids and simply a kind person through and through. My four year old, who is autistic, had his very first eye appointment this morning. Dr. Jackson made my little boy feel comfortable and allowed him to "help" during the exam. This was a positive experience and went so smoothly. He has seen my two year old daughter a couple times already and as always, it's a good appointment. His staff is also kind and always great with both of my children. The assistant shown my son what the doctor would be using and doing when he came in and played a "game" with my little girl. I appreciate this kind hearted team so much!

I saw Dr Jackson a few days ago for the 1st time. I had a scary thing happen on an eye exam, at least for me. I walked in to the office, the receptionist was very nice, the nurse who took me back was very nice. I am sure they could see I was nervous and emotional. Dr Jackson walked in and was so very empathetic and understanding. I was so appreciative of that. He was also very knowledgeable and took time to explain things and answered questions. I had to go for further testing, he was helpful for getting that scheduled. That day he made time to call me, to let me know results, understanding how worried I was. I am so very very appreciative of that. I would absolutely recommend going to him for care. The issues you are seen for are important, but the care you receive, in regards to understanding the process and your just your mental health during scary medical stuff is equally important. All the stars for Dr Jackson and staff.

A wonderful loving caring gentle eye Doctor with sincere feelings for all of his patients. He deserves recognition for the heart & soul he puts into his hard work for all of his old & new patients.

Nice guy good Dr. worst billing department I've ever dealt with. First they billed the wrong insurance which obviously was denied. Once I figured that out they've billed the correct insurance company incorrectly twice. I spent 2 hours on phone today and actually got the correct authorization code for them to bill under which will get the bill paid 100%. After their mistakes and me doing the diligence they still threatened to turn me over to collections. Never again!

I really liked Dr. Jackson and will continue to see him as my regular eye doctor as long as I'm in the area. I purposely did not fully disclose the history of my eye health, but he picked up on it during the exam. He was very kind and concerned with my overall health. Fantastic doctor!

Dr. Jackson is highly professional. I have seen him for many years now, and he is fantastic. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Jackson. He took the time to help me through a "difficult to correct" eye problem. Even as I type this, I feel so blessed to see properly. He also helped my wife to get her glaucoma under control and keep it under control. Hats off and thumbs up to Dr. Jackson!
