They do a wonderful job. First time my glasses have ever been right. My husband also went after going to the same place for years. Found out he had a fast growing cataract and histoplasmosis in both eyes that has been there for years. We have never been so Informed of our vision health until we came to this office.

I absolutely love this Office! The front desk girls are so nice and welcoming and it just sets everything up to be great. The techs and the dr are incredible. Sweet, caring, and patient everything you would want for your child. I'm so glad we picked this office for my children's eye health. We will be going here a long time happily!

front desk, assistant, doctor, and the woman who checked me out all super nice and gave me a great experience. was in and out in less than an hour. what ruined my visit is the man in optical, extremely rude, raised his voice at me. when i go into pick up my glasses i will request not to see him. he makes me never want to go back. he doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I was very happy with my visit today for my annual eye exam. The technician did an excellent job and Dr. Higdon is always friendly and cheerful, and answers my questions. I had a very short wait to see both the technician and the doctor. I highly recommend this practice!

It was a very bad experience because they gave me a medication that made my condition worse. They prescribed me the medication for five days, and I honestly didn't see any effect. I even felt a little worse, but it wasn't that serious, so I decided to call the doctor and ask if I should continue using it, and she said yes, and my eyes got worse. While I was still using it, waiting for the next appointment that it was in Wednesday of next week, on Friday of the same week , I woke up in the morning and couldn't see my left eye and it was very red and dry both eyes ; I was so upset. Desperate, I went to the Mcpeak Vision to ask who could help me, but it turned out there was no one there. They told me that all the doctors had gone to a conference and that they couldn't see me and that day and I have wait until next Wednesday. Obviously, I couldn't wait. I was very worried. My eyes felt bad and I couldn't see out of my left eye. I was totally desperate and decided to look for another clinic. It made me so angry to see the lack of professionalism of this clinic and the doctors for not being able to help me with my eye problem properly and for having made my condition worse instead of improving it. Fortunately, that same day I found another clinic where they were very good to me, excellent professionals who were able to obtain a good diagnosis about my eyes and gave me correct treatment. From the first day of treatment I saw improvement and now I am completely fine with my eyes and very grateful for the excellent professionals at that clinic VisionSource. I do not recommend that clinic at all. If you can, never go or return to Mcpeak Vision. They made my condition worse and good professionals are needed. Look for another clinic.

Do not choose this provider if you have a choice. We were there over 2 hours for a regular eye exam and did not even get to pick out glasses. We had been called to get help and the person coordinating sent someone else to the same station saying " they just need a quick measurement." We were completely passed over after waiting 2 hours. Needless to say, we took our prescription and will not be using them for glasses and we will not be returning. Poorly ran office, disorganized , 2 hours time to get an eye exam

The receptionist is rude and short with me. They wanted to charge copay for eye exam one day. Then had to return next day to have field of vision test. Wanted another 45$..she wasn't nice about it cuz I don't have it. I cant work til I get vision test and update license. I have job but they won't let me work til then and must wait til 14th to have Dr Price read results. They should do all these tests in one day like they do at Dr Wentworth here or when I saw ophthalmologist in Cocoa Beach. So I think it's a rip off. Do it all in 1 day to avoid 2 copay. Not impressed at all. The girl conducting test was nice. That's all I won't be back. If I'd known Dr Price was only in 1 day a week I would've asked for another Dr. The receptionist should've told me. Need vision test so I.can update license to work was discussed and extremely important..time is of the essence

Dr Price is a very sweet, friendly man. He's very thorough and professional. He made sure that I knew and understood everything.He took his time and didn't rush. I highly recommend Dr Price and his wonderful staff who all were quite generous with their time, attention, and expertise.
