Dr. Gaskins was very pleasant on my first interaction. When I called to tell them they converted my contact Rx wrong it was an instant change of tune. All of a sudden they didn't have an appointment open for 3 months. I compared all my past Rx and she put 10 for both my right and left axis when the left was 10 but the right was 170 (on the opposite side of 10). An honest mistake if you are in a rush but to not admit your mistake and then be rude about it is very unprofessional.

The lady Katherine was by herself taking care of another client, never acknowledged my presence, ignored me for 20 min. She was so unprofessional. I will never come back to this optical center.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Don't waste your time and go, b/c they will waste your time, and still not get things right. Dr. Gentry is VERY nice, but EVERYONE else there doesn't seem to have it together. All I needed was a box of contacts, was told they needed my prescription and I would have to come by to sign something to get it. I faxed over prescription, spent over an hour waiting to sign something, and the lady named Mel said that she had took so much of my time that she didn't need me to sign anything??!! Makes no sense. It caused me to be 30 minutes late from my break from work. Then, Mel leaves a message 2 days later that I need to come back and sign something and she was "sorry", and so I call, and the other lady has no idea what is going and puts me on hold FOREVER and Mel who is supposed to be in at 11:00 is still not in yet, so this has been very upsetting. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
