DO NOT GO TO THE OFFICE IN BOWlING GREEN KY! I was given the wrong prescription and paid $80 for it. No insurance self pay. I received the prescription from EYELAB and bought the glasses at Visionworks. When I picked up the glasses at Visionworks the prescription from EYELAB way off. After paying another $80 at Visionworks the prescription they gave me was perfect. I contacted EYELAB in Bowling Green, Ky and was told that because I did not buy the glasses from them that there was nothing they could do for me and that a refund for the exam would not be given. I explained to the lady on the phone that I did not know the prescription was wrong until I received those glasses from Visionworks. Her response was well it's in the waiver that you sign that they are not obligated to give a refund on exams. I understand a policy is in place for a reason but there is also making right what your company messed up on. So in short I lost $80 to EYELAB for not buying everything through them even though they gave we the wrong prescription. I highly recommend going to an establishment that has a Dr. on sight and not run by a Dr. on a video screen. Very bad experience! I would not give them any stars if I could.

Had a great experience; welcomed upon entry. I asked if they could fix my glasses and they promptly helped, explaining the steps and answering questions I had. Thank you Michelle and Ren (there was a third person but I didn't catch her name) for the great and friendly service.

I was very pleased with my experience at Eyelab. The staff was very helpful and friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The virtual exam was interesting and a breeze. Once my glasses and contacts arrived, Donna helped me with fitting and had some great tips in eye care. I really felt the staff took the time and care to make my experience feel personal. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a change in eye care.

I have been using this company for years. The service is great and the staff is very knowledgeable. They make you feel like a person not just an insurance number.

The only thing this place is good for is an eye exam and thats being nice. Highly suggest finding another place to get your glasses from. Especially, if you are a truck driver and need them ASAP. I was told about 2 to 3 weeks, but most likely 2 week. Well, they canceled them and did not let me know. They reordered them yesterday the 22nd. Only found out after i went to their website to check the status and called. So basically it takes them over a month to get you glasses. I'm going to end up having to go take my prescription to Lens Crafters or vision works, pay more money to get glasses. Was offered a pair of prescription sunglasses for the issue, but again im a truck driver. How does that solve my issue now. Should have known when I was ordering my glasses and the prices didnt match the website total cost. Just called spoke with a manager and she said should be by the end of this week coming up and that it was a computer glitch. I said if it's not in by the end of the week I'll take a refund and go elsewhere. So I'll come back and here update my review on the 30th about if I got my glasses or not. Update: Got a call from the manager Renee Thursday saying my glasses were finally delivered. So I'm waking up early to stop by and grab them. She actually saved the review of this location. I'll give it a 3 instead of a 1.

Went to this place because I am really busy but was in desperate need of new lenses. I get my lenses and I cannot see that well out of them. Get another prescription . Pay for them I may add. Told they were in. Go to pick them up they say that cannot give them to me because there is not a licenses optometrist on site and did not know when they would have one again.This Place is useless . They never have a license Dr. on site because they do the screening virtually. so they lie as well. unless you just want poor service with expensive poor quality eye wear I recommend just get some readers from the Dollar General you will have better luck.

Regardless of what their website states, they do not do same day glasses. I wasted my morning to find this out.
