Tennessee Retina

For many people like myself, going to the eye doctor can be a very anxiety inducing & scary place to be. You're waiting for long periods of time, it's not comfortable, etc. I had to have a laser procedure here at this office & while explaining some past trauma I have surrounding my eyes, the assistant (Kelly) gave a little chuckle. She was very rude, unwelcoming, & cold throughout my experience. I feel if you have a personality like that, it's best to work remote & not be in a position where you are dealing with people who are in an already vulnerable, uncomfortable state. I hope I never make others feel the way that she made me feel today. I'm leaving 3 stars because the front desk staff & other ladies in the office have always been great. The procedure experience was much better than I have previously received & I would recommend Dr. Reichstein.

My mother-in-law has been a patient at Tennessee Retina since 2016, and every visit reminds us why we continue to trust them with her care. From the moment you walk through the door to the time you leave, the staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. They go above and beyond to make you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Their kindness and dedication never go unnoticed. This place is truly amazing!

Dr Thomas is the kindest most gentle Dr l have ever met. He hs been diligent in working with my eye problem.

This staff has been so great. Mom goes every month to get some eye injections and they are very professional and kind. When the grant funding dried up, they did everything they could to get our bill down and help set up a payment plan. All around good staff.

Everybody is amazing here from Olivia at check in Skylar the tech Liv in Billing to Courtney at check out.. I would very highly recommend you go see the ladies. Very talented, very helpful, and treat you like family..

This place is awful! I couldn't even find it initially due to their extremely poor signage. Once I found it, I then found that the doors conveniently located on each end of the building ARE NOT for use. No, patients have to walk around to the front of the building. Considering the age of most of their customers this shows a clear lack of any common sense! Once inside the lady behind the desk has no clue what she's doing. I got fed up and left. Oh but they have a nice new boujie building that looks really nice and pretty and THAT is what's important right?

I was very scared to go, but the staff were very friendly and walked me thru each step. Wait time was very good for being so busy & it didn't affect the service quality & compassionate staff. The doctor was patient & informative helping me understand why & what I need to do to improve my circumstances. I highly recommend Tennessee Retina for everyone in need of a specialist. Thank you guys for making me feel so much better when I walked out the door.

My youngest child has been going to Tennessee Retina for a few years now. The staff, and doctors have always been very friendly, helpful, and professional! Their new office here in Bowling Green is extremely nice!
