I had eye surgery with the Louisville, KY office in March of 2024. I can honestly say worst experience ever! 1. The wait time was terrible! 2. The Dr was not friendly at all. She spent as little time with me as possible. Made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was cold, icy and inconsiderate. 3. I was quoted a price, told I would pay up front. I did pay $7,000 for the surgery thinking all done. No! I continue to get bill after bill after bill. I have paid more than double that and still asking for $3,000. I had freaking eyelid surgery! 4. It's a year later my hooded eyelids are back!! Do NOT get involved with these people. Wasted my time and a whole lot of money!!

I will say the staff was very friendly, but otherwise I was very disappointed with this appointment. I got there early and it was still over an hour before I was seen. Then I had to wait again in a second waiting area. I was excited about this appointment. My eyes have been bothering me over a year and I was hoping for some real answers and solutions. I finally see the doctor told me he didn't understand what I was trying to say, and asked what I thought the problem was. I don't know, that's why I'm here. He gave me the feeling he thought I was lying. He said he didn't see anything wrong with my eyes. He told me the haziness (one symptom I named) could be caused by dry eyes and gave me drops. Dismissed the rest as probably migraine related though I specifically said it didn't occur with migraines. I've been having migraines over 20 years. This eye stuff is new. I feel like this appointment was a waste of my time and my copay, and my eyes are still bothering me.

I took my elderly grandmother to get her eye examined here today. This place is not very ADA friendly. Yes, they have all the "bells and whistles" needed, but they aren't convenient to the handicapped person. When we got there today, there were only 2 handicapped parking spots, that were already in use. No problem, I can drop my grandma off at the front and then go park somewhere else. But the only ramp is tucked behind the ada parking spots, which was inconvenient. My grandma uses a walker, so using the curb is hard for her. Then we get inside, I thought the office was going to be floor level. Wrong, it's below floor level so you have to use a ramp or stairs to get down to it. Like i said earlier, they have the "bells and whistles" but it isn't convenient. Then we sit down and WAIT FOREVER. We got there at 12:45 and didn't see the doctor till 2:30. So, plan ahead and note that they have no urgency to get you out of there. When the medical assistants take you back they are walking fast ahead or you, not near or next to you. Which good for them because they have urgency , but then you have older patients walking faster to keep up with them. I saw this poor elderly woman fall today in the doctor waiting area. Thankfully, the medical assistant was there to help her up. Just a tip, this place is great for you if you don't need ADA amenities and if you have nothing to do for the day.

I have been going here almost two years now and my vision has slowly gotten worse and all they seem to do is throw eye drop after eye drop at me . I never feel listened or heard and I just feel like another number to them .

I took my grandmother to this location. Appointment time was 12:30. We arrived at 12. Paperwork was completed by 12:15. It it now 1:15 and she is still having to wait to be seen. Why on earth have a appointment time but not even get close to that when seeing your patience. Lady's behind the desk want to sit a laugh and giggle out loud. This isn't a place I would recommend if you are wanting them to take you serious as a patient.

Dr Mattie Adam's was amazing she was very helpful and nice! The nurse that was there hannah was the reason why I didn't do five stars. She had an attitude the whole time and would make faces and sigh during the appointment. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

The admitting staff was very coronavirus conscious and worked to keep the appointments in a very safe manner. The staff was also very professional and friendly and worked efficiently to keep the schedules, but I never felt rushed or incidental. The doctors and residents were very knowledgeable and professional and gave me a sense of well-being and competence. They had reviewed my records and knew what they needed to address. I felt as if I had received the best medical attention available. I would recommend the doctors and staff of Bennett & Bloom to anyone.
