Dr. Borders and his wife Dr. Sara are the most genuine people. We need more doctors like them. They care about their patients and go above and beyond. Dr. Britt saw me as a patient and answered all of my questions and concerns and then Dr. Sara helped give me suggestions and find a pair of glasses that I love! I've since picked them up and get nothing but compliments and can see so well! I've been to other offices in town and wouldn't recommend anyone else! The Borders are the best! Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Borders is awesome! I came to him for an initial visit because of an eye issue, and he accurately and quickly resolved it. I felt extremely confident in his care. You can also tell that he and his wife are good, kind people. I definitely think my husband and I will be longtime patients!

I have known Doc. Sara sense she was going to school to be an eye doctor threw her mom, I Just realized I have never given a review. With that being said Both Doc. Sara an Brit are amazing!! As soon as her mom informed me she had her own office I began going to her. So of course I bring my min me to them also. They treat her like family. I worked with Amazon back in 2012-13 due to face planting a steel beam I now have more eye issues than I had before. So when I was having eye strain headache's an needed paperwork done for accommodation's after going back to Amazon some years latter Doc. Sara fixed me right up, to where I was allowed sunglasses, an able to walk away from computers as needed, an adjusting pick hours from 10 to 5, along with redoing the paperwork due to a software change on one of the devises my building used that caused my eye strain headaches to turn into nausea migraines. I was able with Doc. Sara's help to go from my already cut in half pick 5 hours to 0 hours. Also after parting ways with Amazon an before I lost that insurance, I contacted Doc. Sara told her what happened and asked if I could bring in one of my favorite frames to get the new script lenses put in, She said of course no problem. When I brought them in I saw the same frames I just got in one of my favorite colors asked if she could put a note in my file for when I need new glasses that those are the frames I wanted. She did this for me I knew she would because they did it for me, for the frames I was turning in that day, { they are wine red} an depending on the lighting they either look a deep red or a dark purple. So yes it's the little things other big places I have gone to that don't bother doing that count!! I also saw a recent reviewer saying they don't have hours posted well they just moved to a new an bigger location so they maybe working on adjusting there hours and have not had a chance to update it here on google so please just give them a call an if you get a voicemail leave a nice message with your info an I know they will call back asap. He has helped me more with my eyes in two months then Bennet and bloom could help me with in two years ! Highly recommend borders eye care espically when you feel like you are not getting the help you need .

My wife went to school with both of the Dr. Borders. We first began seeing them when they were with another company and decided to follow them when they opened their own practice. They have always been wonderfully amazing with not only my wife and I, but my father before he passed and our children. They are both very personable, and we will stick with them far beyond the foreseeable future.

took my 4 year old at the beginning of 2025 and he needed glasses. got them and he did end up breaking them to where they were unwearable in just a few months. i expected this as he's literally a child. called may 28th to have his replacement ordered. it's been nearly 2 MONTHS now and every time i call to check on the replacement pair i'm told "they have been shipped and we should have them in a few days, we will contact you via text or call once we receive them." i have been calling and it's just constantly a run around.. i had to call twice in the same day just to be emailed his prescription to pay out of pocket for a pair somewhere else just so my child can see clearly without complaint.

Must edit this review. I recently well about 6-7 weeks ago had my son go here. July 30th. He just now TODAY picked up his glasses. After multiple calls there where he was told we will check on the glasses call the lab etc and call you back and no calls back until we both called in one day. He got 1 phone call from them. Terrible customer service. What a nightmare this has turned into. No real apologies no real explanation. So disappointed. They have lost not 1 but 3 patients from this

Took my dad here after he was diagnosed with shingles in his eye. After the absolute hellacious experiences we had with multiple ER trips, no one having a single clue what was going on or even being dismissive, it was an incredible relief to finally have definitive answers and a proper exam performed. Dad has a long road ahead for treatment and recovery, but at least we both can rest easy knowing for certain he's properly cared for. Dr. Borders immediately wrote prescriptions for him, educated us on the risks and complications clearly and assured us he was going to take great care of my Dad. We were seen and attended to quickly with great respect. The office was clean, friendly and bright. The soothing music was also a lovely change from Top 40 you hear everywhere. I am so very thankful we came here, a sincere thank you to both Doctors and all staff. You guys are phenomenal.
