Received a surprise bill for $200 almost 2 months after I picked up my contacts. They didn't warn me that when I picked up a pair of glasses, that it was a shared credit, nor notice when I went to pick up the contacts a few weeks later and charge me the whole amount. They could and should have warned me about this. It was a very minor prescription adjustment and I would have skipped the new glasses (which were only a backup pair to begin with) had I known. They were fully aware that I planned to get glasses and contacts, but I had to trial some different contacts first. Dr. Spencer was good, but the people working the front desk leave much to be desired. Eye care shouldn't have surprise bills.

Glasses took almost a month to get in which is fine, but me and my husband work nights and the only day we could go in to pick them up was Friday since they opened at 830am. Got there at 815am after wasting an 1.5 at kroger, waited until 833am and tried the door, locked. Another lady came up and tried, locked so she left. At 841am, I called, no one answered. An older handicapped lady with a walker gets there and finally someone unlocks the door at 852am. I get up there and ask the receptionist "I thought you all opened At 830am on Friday". And her response was "oh we do, but I'm here alone and was kind of afraid to come up by myself." At that point you are in the wrong profession. I stayed up hours past my bedtime and you delay that further and the opening of a business because you're afraid to do your job by yourself? That's extremely disrespectful of other people's time. Ever since covid this place has slowly gotten worse. Last year they ordered the wrong frames for my husband's prescription sunglasses and now this. I forgave the frame thing because they made it right, but I absolutely cannot stand when places do not respect their customer's life and time.

Mrs.Monica is great to work with on my daughter's needs. Skylaar is happy to go to these visits. Venice really likes Mrs.Monica. She goes to these visits without any fights and leaves smiling. This is thanks for Mrs. Monica.

Dr.Spencer is the best! I brought my 4 year old here for his first eye exam and naturally he was nervous. However, the assistant and especially Dr.Spencer made him feel so comfortable and truned a somewhat scary uncomfortable experience into something fun for him. The doctor took her time with us, answer my questions, followed up, and makes you feel like she really cares. After such a good experience with my youngest child I am going to be switching my other children and myself to Dr.Spencer as well. 10 out of 10 hightly recommend!

I absolutely love this place the staff is so friendly and accommodating I can't say enough about them! And Dr. Travis is awesome!!! I've been going here for little over three years. My daughter was looking for a good eye place so I told her about them and how great they are. She had an appointment today and got herself and her 3 kids that range from 2 to 6 years old checked. They were so good with my grandkids and it was relaxing and reassuring that I didn't worry a bit! I had an appointment with them today as well and all 6 of us was almost 2 hours late and they worked all of us in!!! I was so grateful for them taking care of us even though we were late! I will never go to another place for I have found my place!!! Thank you so very much Insight Eye Care!!!

My children and I have been going to Insight Eye Care for several years. We have had an excellent experience every time. Dr. Travis has so much patience with my kids, it's truly impressive. I am always impressed with the professional staff and pleasant atmosphere. Insight Eye Care is also always up to date with new technology and there for any questions you may have, always treating you to a comprehensive, pleasant experience.
