Julie and Dr. Jacob were kind enough to go through multiple contact lens samples with me much to my chagrin and were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I was happy with my experience and had my dad and both of my brothers also come in to get their prescription for their eyeglasses.
Overall they are polite and I haven't ever had problems with communication-- if a phone call fails, a text message usually will lead back to a response. Do keep in mind though that they temporarily close the office from 13:00 to 14:00 for lunch.

The doctor really listened to me, was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I am so thankful he was able to treat me, I was back to normal in no time!
