Two months ago I made an appointment in here for my kids, I am off Wednesday so I tell the guy on the phone that I need my appointment to be Wednesdays so he told me my appointment is In 02/282024 I didn't get any reminder phone call so I called them 30 minutes before my appointment to make sure if there anything wrong in my appointment , they told me that my appointment was yesterday, how, I literally told him I only need on Wednesdays and yesterday was Tuesday I ask her why I didn't get reminder call, she said she have wrong number in my file I feel he purposely did that, and he discriminating me because my name is mohamed. I don't remember his name but who ever did that I wanted to let you know that your bad actions doesn't help anyone don't do it again.

I made an appointment here after moving to the area. I was the only patient there during my appointment, so wait time was very short. I had my three year old daughter with me, and all of the staff were very kind and understanding toward both of us. I had a great experience with everyone involved. The only thing I didn't understand was when they gave me a paper prescription for glasses instead of making them right there, which I have never seen before. I also wish that they had informed me ahead of time that they would be dilating my eyes, because I drove myself to the appointment and then had a very difficult time driving myself home due to that. Also, DO NOT follow your GPS to this address. It will take you the totally opposite direction! This office is located just a little ways past the Wildwood Inn on the OTHER END of US42!
