After a very disappointing experience elsewhere, I brought my daughter in for a new exam and was immediately impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of the entire staff. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The doctor took the time to carefully recheck my daughter's prescription and was genuinely thorough and attentive. She even expressed concern about how far off the previous prescription had been. That level of attention made me feel confident that my daughter was finally receiving the proper care she deserved. When my daughter tried her new contact prescription, the difference was immediate clear vision, comfortable fit, and no more blurriness. It was such a relief. We also ordered glasses, and the process was seamless and well-explained. The entire experience was professional, compassionate, and efficient. It's rare to find a practice that combines warmth with true expertise, but MyEyeDr. absolutely does. We are so thankful we found them and will definitely be returning.

I have gone here for years and I love it! My most recent visit last week was amazing! The nice woman who helped me towards the end was so friendly and kind. She made the entire process so enjoyable and she put a smile on everyone's face she encountered. It's nice to see that people like her are still around. It gave a homey comfort vibe. I highly recommend this place! And if you are looking for a kind friend to chat with while you are there shelby(2)is your girl!

This has been the best experience by far! Everyone was so great! Shelby went above and beyond to helo my with my contact fitting after 10 years of not being able to see correctly she was able to find the perfect match! I was able to read the fine print in my left eye for once!! Thank you for everything!

I picked up one pair of my eyeglasses on Saturday. I was handed the glasses and the gentleman asked, how do they feel? I said good , what can I tell in a matter of seconds. I have never received brand new glasses and never had them fitted to my face. Now I have the problem of they're killing my nose. Usually, I do not leave bad reviews, but I am irate, extremely upset. My second pair which are sunglasses were returned becase of imperfections after waiting two weeks so I have yet to pick up my sunglasses. But, because of the snow we've had and may have in the future I wish my sunglasses were available for pick up first. I left very upset, but who am I to tell somebody how to do their job? I was a first time customer. Had I known I would've gone to another place to get glasses. However, in all honesty, the gentlemen who took care of me when I ordered my glasses was the best ever. He was so good and left such a great impression that I wanted him to be available for me when I picked up my glasses however he was busy with another customer. Also, in all honesty, I absolutely love Dr. Dayringer!

Dr Michaels is always friendly and very thorough. Shelby 2 made check out so easy and entertaining. She priced matched and got me the best deal on contacts and provided me with rebate information. All staff at my eye doctor are amazing!

Avoid this company. My experience with Dr. Dayringer was exceptional. My experience with his front desk staff (Cassidy and Emily) was awful. I waited 2 weeks for a recommendation of an ophthalmologist who could perform a basic surgery. After several follow up calls, they were unable to recommend a name. The clinical side and the business side need to work together to provide a good customer experience.

I had a wonderful overall experience here. I came in for an eye exam looking to get some new glasses and prescription sunglasses. I booked my appointment online easily, they have weekend hours which was great. Everyone up front was friendly during check in, and Dr. Dayringer was nice and very personable. He explained what he was doing and why and talked through his recommendations. Shelby 2 was also a highlight of the appointment and took time to help me pick out the right frames for both glasses and sunglasses that fit me well. Highly recommend!

Great place! Great people! The Doctor who helped me, Allison Harmon, was very knowledgeable but also inquisitive about my past history with glasses and contacts in order to make my experience the best it could be. And then came Shelby 2, whose upbeat and optimistic attitude left me feeling confident that we would find the right fit for my contacts (and potentially glasses as well). I highly recommend them!
