They said they were 40 minutes behind schedule. The waiting room was full of people. Yet Dr's expect us to be there 15-20 minutes prior our appointment. They weren't about to reschedule me as their schedule didn't fit with mine and then recommended me to covington location. They could have called me to inform me they were way behind schedule to reschedule instead I've wasted time and had to wake the baby up early from his nap for no reason. Very rude and unprofessional

Staff was great; however, Breen was rather a bit condescending for my taste. Began explaining to me what an acronym is, to which I replied I knew. That was fine, no big deal. But moments later he inquired if I was listening to him whilst he was explaining something. Which, of course, I was......no clue why he asked that. Perhaps he was having a bad day, or he thinks women are too stupid to understand basic things. Either way, I'm fine with never going to him again. Staff gets the stars.

Dr. Brean has done cataract surgery on both my eyes very successfully. I am very thankful for him & would recommend him to anyone.
The staff in the office are very kind & accommodating to my physical needs & scheduling needs.
The only issue that i had & it does happen with most doctors, is punctuality, especially for early morning appointments. I do understand that things happen & things come up unexpectedly, though.

Just saw an eye doc in our new city, Baltimore. He asked me who did my eye surgery. I told him Dr Charles Breen in Kentucky. He told me that Dr Breen had done an EXCELLENT job! Later he told me I should recommend Dr Breen to all my friends back home because his work was exceptional! Thank you, Dr Breen!!!

Everything went great at the hospital! I was very disappointed with the wait times at the Doctor's office follow-ups. With the first eye I waited one and half hours to see Dr. Breen. With the second eye, I waited an hours and fourth five minutes. Something is definitely wrong with their scheduling system.

Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment. Staff was extremely nice. So is Dr. Breen. Having an appointment at 4pm and still not seeing the doctor at5:30 unsatisfactory.
