Eye Care Center

My husband and I both got eye exams and glasses. My son at 3 years old got his eye exam. Wonderful service from the staff. Very kid friendly. I had my son with me while I got my exam and they were wonderful at including him so he was not nervous for his exam. The selection of glasses is not over whelming with to many decisions but if u like a pair and it is wrong color they were happy to change and order the frames.

I am a senior citizen. I went to the Eye Care Center in Georgetown, KY on August 2, 2017 for a routine eye exam. I had recently been added to my wife's vision plan but it had not shown up yet. I elected to wait till it showed up on her plan. Cynthia said we could run it through Medicare and after a $25 payment we would be good. September 5, 2017 I received a bill for $152.71. I took my new insurance card up there and Cynthia said they could not run the card through. She said my exam became a medical issue since they found slight cataracs and it was too late. These people are dishonest and they took advantage of a senior living on a fixed income. Besides, the doctor said I didn't need glasses or any follow up. My simple eye exam became an opportunity to take overcharge me. I am not happy and would never recommend these people to anyone.

Great doctor's and treat my kids awesome. Just took an usually long time to get back there about 45 with only 2 pple in front of me and with 2 doctors. But it's a doc office no big deal but basically no selection with glasses. All plain. Overall great experience. Solid 3 though.

Been coming here for years, decided to try a different company now I can barely see due to they messed up my script. I'm coming back to you guys!
