Aweful. Do not answer the phone, have to ring 7x. Glasses not ready after way more than allocated time. Called and explained I was going to my mother's 90 birthday in Africa- each time they did nothing to expedite my glasses. When I walked into the office - it seemed real nice, I have been served all over the globe for my glasses in my 63 years. THIS WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.. NEVER AGAIN HERE

I've been waiting three weeks for my glasses, no one ever calls you back, and they won't give you a refund. The Dr.'s are great but NEVER order glasses from there.

If I could give this business more than five stars I would. I was not from Kentucky. I was from out of state and I only had one pair of contacts and the ladies in this office. Especially Rebecca were a huge help. There was not any other eye vision place that was willing to help me with my contacts but they were and it was the usual situation. But they went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much. I would definitely recommend going to see them

I had the best experience ever here! The first thing I noticed as I got there was that it was a very clean place, and cozy atmosphere. The people were absolutely amazing!! They were so friendly, patient, and helpful with everything from check in, insurance stuff, to working with and have exceptional patience with my children. This is the biggest thing for me because I have a child who has autism. They weren't just nice to him, they were AMAZING with him. My last experience at an eye doctor with my son was horrible so he was really nervous about going. Dr. Steele and his staff here changed my sons perspective on eye appointments!! I will continue to go here from now on!

I made an eye appointment here a few months ago. I was told over the phone they took my insurance... I show up & give the woman at the front desk my insurance card & was told that they didn't take my insurance.. this was no problem until she had an awful attitude towards me. The inside of the building looked very nice & clean but I do think the ladies at the desk working that day could've been more professional.

Went today to take my daughter in for an eye exam. She saw Lindsay Brooks. My daughter just turned 5 and was very nervous for her first eye exam. This woman did such an amazing job making my daughter feel safe and comfortable. As did the nurse, she was wonderful as well! My daughter loved her eye exam and had so much fun. She said mommy I like going to the eye doctor. 100% would recommend anyone with kids to come here. They were amazing!!
