Dr. Mayo went above and beyond to work with me during my exam today. I must say I'm very impressed with his bedside manner- all other optometrists I've been to in the past just looked at me for a second, wrote a prescription, and walked out. He took the time to explain my various eye conditions to me in an understandable and helpful way and laid out all of my options for me. I felt very informed and cared about as a patient. I recommend that anyone and everyone to go see him! I think I've found my permanent optometrist :)

The best eye doctor I've been too. He was nice, thorough, and intelligent. He took the time to fully explain answers to my questions, and actually diagnosed what every other optometrist and I had missed! I found the staff very friendly and helpful, and they looked out for my best interest.
I paid out of pocket even though I had insurance elsewhere (Covid scheduling issues), but I would gladly pay it again to come back where I can be assured of quality care!

They slow as heck and when waiting in waiting room after we signed in an elderly person was in after us when we already was waiting 20 min they take the elderly person back befoe us when we had an appointment n then after she went back we went back another 15 min after like seriously if you can't stop jibber jabber ur mouths n take people in as their appoints instead of pretty much cutting line we could have already been out by11 but nope slow people they faster than this n cynthiana
