In my previous experiences, I seen Dr. Coleman who was great and it was an overall great experience. The most recent experience wasn't the same. I was only there for a routine, yearly eye exam. I'm not sure who the doctor was, I don't recall ever getting a name. I specifically told the assistant that I did not want my eyes dilated and selected the option to not have my eyes dilated on the paper also because I had to return to work after the appointment. They were dilated anyways. Obviously I could have out right refused, but he made it seem like this was absolutely necessary. I don't understand the need for this when I previously stated I did not want this done. I've never had any issues with my eyes. I could not return back to work because I could not see anything afterwards. I've never had my eyes dilated before and wasn't informed of any of the after effects, how long it last, or anything. I understand if there was a need to be thorough but also respect your patients wishes.

They accept medicaid for a free eye exam and free pair of glasses once per year!! She did a thorough exam even though it was free and the eye glass frames I got to choose and there were pretty ones and nice looking ones for both men and women! Both wire and plastic frames you can choose from. They were nice and friendly. The glasses arrived in one week and they will mail them to you for a small fee.

I have qent to numerous optometrist and doctor's trying to find out what is wrong with my eye, for over 10 year's now. Not one person could tell me! I had 1 visit here and they pinpointed the issue without any visible symptons being present at that time. I was so impressed! Highly recommend th8s practice!

It's a nice place and there wasn't much of a wait to go back, but i took my kids to get an eye exam and new glasses and we left without glasses and have no idea why. The doctor told us to meet him over to the right once we walked out from the back, which was by the frames and we stood there waiting for someone to come out to talk to us about them and help pick some out but instead they handed me a slip of paper with an address of a different eye doctor on it and told me they would take care of the papers and I got no explanation of why we need to go to a different place or why my kids didn't get glasses today and we left confused and upset. This was our first visit and will be our only visit. It was a total waste of time for us to go there.

The physicians are great--however you may or may not receive contact if you send a message on the web. You absolutely will not get through on the telephone as the front office staff simply disconnect the call. If you do, consider yourself one of the fortunate ones. Doesn't matter when you call (time of day or day of week). Doesn't matter if you have great insurance or if you pay your bill when due. I have attempted to contact via phone intermittently for over a month now. The last time was today. I literally called so many times it would have been easier to just take my call v. hanging up on me. Front office must be causing a great number of lost clients. Wonder if the doctors even know? I am definitely NEVER attempting to schedule again and recommend you do not waste your time.

This was our first visit here and everyone was so nice. There wasn't a long wait and Dr. Hutchinson did amazing with the kids. Highly recommend!

Thank you for getting me in this morning and getting the wood out of my eye. I called shortly after 8am and was able to be seen by 9:10am. The doctor was very knowledgeable, effective, and kind. The staff was kind and effective in getting me in quickly. I'm doing good now thanks to you.

This was my first and last trip to this place. I decided to go here because we moved close to the area and our old eye doctor was pretty far away. I took my girls to see them. Upon arrival the office staff was chatting and laughing it up. I walked up to the window and the receptionist told me to wait for moment which I understood until she had to finish her "conversation" with her peer. My daughter's appointment was at 3:05 and we didn't go back until after 4. Although Dr. Simmons was nice to my girls and could really handle every question littles threw at him. He was patient, thorough, and very professional. He did his best to get us in and out.
