Advantage Eye Care

Got a text that my contacts were in, so I went to pick them up. Got there and I told them I was there to pick up my contacts, and the girl went to the back to get them, and then came back and asked me if I ordered glasses. I told her again I ordered contacts. I showed them the text that I got and she said that was only a tracking text. She went on to tell me that the contacts were in and pointed to a box behind her, but the girl who takes care of that is out and that she would call me when they opened it. There were four girls there doing nothing. I would of thought at least one of them knew how to open a box.

I'm giving 5 stars specifically to Amanda! She went above and beyond yesterday. My daughter's glasses prescription came in but the frames were out of stock. Long story short, I worked until 4, picked up my kiddo and arrived 30 minutes before they closed. She stayed longer to make sure my daughter had her glasses that evening! She was very nice and worked efficiently and seemed happy to help. You saved the day Amanda thank you!

This was a great choice for an eye exam and glasses. Dr. Jesse, and the entire team were so kind and helpful. I got the appointment booked easily and the entire visit was stress free. Sierra was also helpful with keeping me within my budget and closing out the visit with a friendly personality that made me feel comfortable.

Advantage Eye Care is the ABSOLUTE BEST eye care center I have ever been to! The doctors are polite, respectful and VERY understanding and the staff is so FRIENDLY and full of POSITIVE VIBES! I had to take my 10 yr old daughter for her appointment the same time as mine and also had my 7 month old niece and the ladies were so kind and helpful with the baby and my daughter while I did my exam and picked out my frames. I absolutely love the women and men at this center. You ALL are WONDERFUL people. Much love and positive vibes being sent to you all.

I have been a faithful customer of this establishment since I was a very young man. Dr Roger Jones fitted me with my first pair of glasses many years ago and since his retirement I have received nothing but exceptional service!! The office staff are very polite, professional, and more than helpful. They are quick to address any concerns and resolve them in a more than timely manner! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vision.

From the moment we walked in, everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Murray Adams performed a very thorough eye exam and determined that my 14-year-old daughter needed contacts. The staff was wonderful in showing her how to put them in. They took their time with her and made sure that my daughter was comfortable putting her contacts in and taking them out. I highly recommend Advantage Eye Care!

Both the Drs Adams are great! Dr Trisha has been my Dr for several years now and I always feel as if she and her staff do a great job evaluating and protecting my eyes. Everyone that works there are all really sweet, too. Dr Trisha even hugged me when I walked in for the last checkup I had. When you have something potentially serious wrong with your health, being treated well makes a lot of difference.
