I had a wonderful first experience there! The girls were so nice and friendly. I really liked the doctor. She was a female but can't remember her name. I loved how they separated the shapes of glasses on the wall. The lady who helped me my insurance and fitting was wonderful! Definitely keep them in mind when choosing glasses!

Was probably the best experience at the eye examination or eyeglasses business I've ever had and I have been going to the optometrist for about 20 years. The lady upfront that took all my information. It was a very simple easy process, even though I had to get my prescription faxed to them she made it very easy. Write down to the individual the lady who helped me with my glasses, fitting them on and so on very nice knows what she was talking about when it came to the glasses or even prescription sunglasses I will be back that's for sure very very nice and pleasant place to go to.

For years, I've always left eyeglasses appointments feeling self-conscious and defeated. I've struggled to find frames that fit my face well or made me feel confident, even when asking for help in the past. Kelsey completely changed that experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and knew exactly what to look for. She guided us straight to frames that truly fit and made us both feel good.
At 41 years old, this was hands-down the best eyeglasses experience I've ever had, and it was 100% because of Kelsey. VisionWorks is lucky to have her. We will definitely be back!

The doctor was great! He explained everything very well. My vision is very poor and the man I seen explained everything he was doing and why he was doing each thing in detail. He was very nice and kind. The staff was as well. I had my 5 yo niece with me that was curious and asking questions trying to figure out why we have to go to the eye doctor and everyone interacted with her and answered any question she was asking and they all were exceptionally patient. As I was trying to pick my frame they seen I could do so easier without trying to keep her in line and they kept her distracted by letting her pick out some stickers which was very helpful for me.

Most of staff was friendly. I felt the person that did first part of exam wasn't very informative. I had a few questions because I had, had cataract surgery and she just gave impressions that I was being over cautious. Dr was great and rest of staff very friendly.
