Dr. Charles Millsap

Dr. Milsap is a very kind and gentle natured man. However, while attempting to schedule future appointments for another Dr. for a cataract surgery, the scheduler was very short and impatient with me for not understanding the process that was needed. Diplomacy is required and if it had been my mother trying to do it, I would have been very upset with this person's tone and impatience. I am a healthcare worker that speaks to many family members throughout my day and this person I consider an embarrassment to all healthcare workers that understand that professionalism is required and that involves explaining processes and having patience. Please do better by expecting a high standard in dealing with your patients and their families. Thank you.

I had to get shots in my eye! Dr. Millsap made me feel at ease and made me feel like he really cared. There's no one else I'd let put a needle in my eye than him. Thank you Dr. Millsap.

My husband has had excellent care from Dr. Milsap. I can't say enough good about him he has been excellent. We are both very happy with him.

This man is a butcher! He does not need to be practicing medicine! He has nearly blinded multiple patients, commits insurance fraud, not to mention he and his staff belittle their patients in front of other patients. He needs to be stopped before more people are hurt or blind due to his NEGLIGENCE AND MALPRACTICE!

We will never ever go back to this eye doctor again my wife called about a problem and the nurse or who ever she was on the phone belittled her and dismissed anything she was telling her they are rude and don't need to be in business
