Thankfully, each of my eye surgeries were flawless. Dr. McCormack and his staff were all knowledgeable and friendly (as was the Owensboro Surgery Center's staff). He had his team thoroughly test to confirm the diagnosis and worked efficiently with the surgery team to cure my problem. I would recommend Dr. McCormack and his team to anyone.

Got to my appointment today at 10 am, just to find out that my appointment was canceled without any kind of noticed after me calling at 8am to ensure the time of my appointment today. Then they could not see me at my scheduled time and rescheduled my appointment. Not a happy camper today:

Their tests were a but a fraction of the number tests that my previous ophthalmologist administered. Despite my trying to tell them from the start that I needed a new prescription for mid-distant vision in my bifocals, the doctor told me "..that if I was happy with my glasses, just to stick with them". I told him, as I had been saying, that I wasn't happy. His response was "Well, they hadn't even tested for that." I just got an off-hours automated message reminding, not confirming, that I have an appointment coming up. I'm SURE I had canceled it, intending, to go back to my previous doctor, 3 hours away.

I went there for a serious eye infection and they took care of it. I was practically blind in my right eye and now my vision is back to normal.

In the middle of cataract surgery currently with Dr. McCormack. He did a good job on the first eye with improved vision as a result. I was told initally the second eye would be done IN TWO WEEKS. After the one week post OP appointment I was given an appointment almost TWO MONTHS LATER FOR THE SECOND EYE! Nobody took responsibility for the lie I was told. The staff has plenty of attitude, calls aren't returned, and no apology ever given until I got upset. I'm on a cancelation list but I won't get in early. Run, dont walk, to another eye center! YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM! Dr. Jones is truly missed and would NEVER have scheduled cataract surgery almost two months apart!

I like the Dr. that I have been seeing, Dr Ferguson. But the telephone staff is the most rude of any place I have encountered in years. They speak over you, cut you off when you are speaking. Cannot look up an appointment when given a name and a date. The tone is hateful. For that reason I am going to seek a different Dr somewhere else. I am a 30 year plus business owner that dealt with the public 6 days a week, 15 hours per day. Had I any employee as rude as the ones I have encountered on the phone at PEC I would have fired them.

Initially seen by Dr Haleman but he turned me over to Dr Milsap as an emergency. They were both wonderful. My eyesight was restored and continue to maintain it. I'm sad that my new insurance doesn't cover Dr Milsap I plan on fixing that.

When I called the office as a return phone call from the voicemail I had received, I was absolutely amazed at how rude this lady was that answered! I work in a medical office and I would never speak to a patient the way this woman did! Then I came in today for my appointment and the doctor ( Dr.Furguson) was the worst! He laughed at my reasoning to be there and said you just described a migraine I don't know why you are here. He literally talked to me as if I was stupid. He then looked at my eyes and said they are perfect and that he will send a letter to my PCP and my neurologist. The funny thing is my neurologist and PCP wanted me rule out any eye issue before further perusing neurological issues! I definitely do not recommend this office!
