The hours in the picture that's been posted are wrong & either they shut down whenever they want OR the hours on Google maps is wrong too! I wasted my time driving 45 min one way to pick up my son's glasses & got there a little before 5PM when they claim to close at 6pm, only to see it dark and closed already! Now I have to plan another time to make another 45 min drive when my son is out of school and we don't have work & sports/school events.

The doctor working with them, and the staff in the center were great. I have now had my glasses for 9 months and I am very happy. I have no line progressive bifocals (yeah I'm getting old) and they helped me pick out a pair that everyone loves. They were patient with me as I took a few days to decide and let my friends vote on the frames. I am now taking my daughter to get her new glasses here. As long as you educate yourself a bit and have a bit of patience, you will have a good experience.

Just spoke with the rudest woman I have spoken with in ages.
I asked for the optical shop, because I was told they were separate from the Optometrists. She said, "This is the VISION CENTER". I asked if that was the optical shop too and she repeated even more loudly and more hateful, "This is the VISION CENTER". I asked her something else (I'm so angry I can't remember what it was) and she repeated the same thing again.
I asked if they took my insurance for glasses and she said they didn't take my insurance at all. I informed her my insurance company had just sent me a list and four Walmart Drs were listed. She replied, "Well, I don't know, the doctor might file it. Sometimes they do. The last I heard we don't."
Thanks for a totally useless conversation.

Customer service is terrible. My husband in having his eyes checked and wouldn't even let me sit in the eye center. Not even allowed to help my spouse pick out glasses. I'm having to sit in the cold floor of Walmart waiting. Customer Service took a hit today!!!
