Dr. Travis and the staff were so kind and extremely helpful. I was very very happy while I was there, and when I left. Not only did my exam go well, but when I was choosing my glasses frames, I was given many opinions that I desperately needed due to my indecisiveness. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits and moods all around, and it's really hard to not just have a smile on your face through the whole experience. Is it weird to say that I'm excited for my next appointment?

Clarkson Eyecare Center is the best vision center in town! After many problems with getting the incorrect RX from Visionworks and others, this visit with them was very refreshing! Professional, took time to explain what was going on with my eyes, received help picking out my glasses & worked within my budget on insurance. Highly recommend them!

Very good experience there last week. I was greeted very professionally, walked through paperwork and only waited about a minute before the technician did her work. Was walked over to the examination room where the doctor met me and did a thorough job examining me and checking my vision. She explained things to me very thoroughly in terms i could understand.
I then was back up front to pay for there work and out the door and on my way much earlier than i anticipated.
Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend them

Everyone was very nice and professional. I asked for a detailed receipt, which was provided. My fault, I didn't look over receipt until after I was home. Don't understand that mine and my husband's receipt are different, when we basically had the same thing done. Didn't know we were being charged for a protection plan, which was not communicated to us I plan on asking questions, when we pick up our glasses.
