The staff was very attentive in every interaction I have had with them, from the initial consult to the actual surgery day. The surgery day I was very nervous due to needles and anthesia the staff was wonderful and checked on me throughout. Dr. BOWERS I can't say enough positive about her she explained my options very clearly and helped me make the best choice for myself. She answered all questions thoroughly. I simply can not say enough about her and her staff. Great place to go if you are concerned with your vision. I can see clearly now ....... the cataract is gone. Lol

Dr. Bowers and the Innovative Ophthalmology team took care of me and my family earlier this week. I had refractive surgery, my wife had laser treatment to clean up the glands around her eye lashes and my son had his vision checked. My vision is now fantastic and don't have to depend on readers any longer, and it will get even better in the next few days. The expertise, professionalism, dedication and compassion this team has is above the standard. We drove 6 hours to see Dr Bowers and her team and it was worth it. Paducah, KY is lucky to have such an incredible group of professionals for eye care right in their backyard!

Kasi is seriously the best! She's incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She always makes you feel comfortable and confident during every session. You can tell she really cares about her clients. I couldn't recommend her more!

This was my first visit, everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I have full confidence this is the best place for my eye care. They also explained everything in understandable terms, a 5 star service for sure!

Dr Bowers said at my appointment that I had all the tests that I needed before surgery and to call if I had any questions. I called and they said I had to come in to the office to meet with Dr. Bowers. When I got there (an hour away) I was told I had to have MORE tests BEFORE I could ask Dr. Bowers my couple of questions. WHAT??? I know that you want or need money, but really?? Surgery cancelled, and I'll take my business to someone that actually cares about patients instead of the extra money that they can get. Shame on you.

The entire staff and management at IO are above average. They are sincere, they value their patients AND THEIR PATIENTS TIME. I have NEVER had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Dr. Hobbs got me in for an emergency appointment before noon, the same day as my call. I've been going there for 15 years and have had a great experience every single time I've been there. I highly recommend.

I had lens replacement surgery this week with Dr. Bowers. From my first appointment, I noticed how organized their processes were in order to serve patients more efficiently. I felt they respected my time, which is important. Dr. Bowers made recommendations based on my personal needs, and spent plenty of time with me in my initial appointment. I had a clear understanding of my options and what was necessary to move forward with surgery. When I arrived for surgery, I was taken back to the pre-op area almost immediately. The process was so easy, and again, streamlined and very intentional. The nurses, CRNA, and again, Dr. Bowers were all so kind and took the best care of me. Again at my one day post op appointment, I was taken to an exam room and saw Dr. Bowers very promptly. I am certain should I have any complication, I will be able to have it addressed promptly and effectively. I have had quite a few different surgeries for many reasons. This one is the easiest of any I've had. 100% recommend and will be making an appointment for my husband for vision correction surgery in the near future.
