Dr. O'Connor is a very caring optometrist who doesn't know about the medication/supplement called an N-acetylcysteine. Yet, he passed judgment when I told him I was using it in my eyes for cataracts Yet in his medical record that I checked on My Chart, he states that it is "toxic" and that he warned me about his continued use. You did no such thing. He merely suggested that I discontinue its use because it is "ineffectua"l for that use. If he had never heard of it before, how would he know that? When my patience ask me about something that I don't know enough about, I asked them for more information and then I do a search myself, usually on PubMed. Nothing could be further from the truth. 3 years ago I was told that I needed a cataract surgery and yet during his exam he proclaimed that it wasn't necessary. I attribute that to the topical application of NAC eye drops to my eyes daily. Dr O'Connor recommended that I returned for follow-up in a year. Good luck with that!

I am already giving this place a 5* review before even coming to my first appointment, all because of a young lady named Crystal who answers the phones and makes the appointments, she went above and beyond for what I needed and her being so kind and sweet makes me feel more comfortable about my upcoming visit, that I was nervous about. Dr. Taylor is an EXCELLENT ophthalmologist. He has taken care of our eye needs for probably 20 years. Always very pleasant and certainly knows how to handle every eye problem. We are fortunate to have him in Paducah.

Had an appointment for 2pm...got there 20 min early...at 310pm caught an aid said I have another appointment at 330pm..." oh it'll be just another minute "...at 320pm...walked out.. And this wasn't the first time I waited HOURS to be seen.

Dr. Bodnarchuk and Chrysta were excellent every step of the way for my LASIK procedure. Great results.

All the people here at Vision Works in Paducah KY were cery helpful, polite, courteous, and exceeded my expectations. Kudos to them all. I have never been dissapointed with thw high level of service here.

I have had cataract surgery on both eyes this month. I experienced no pain or complications, and the whole process at the surgery center was very efficient and organized. I was in and out in less than two hours each time. I would highly recommend Dr. Meeks and his staff for this procedure.

The whole staff here is wonderful. Very caring. Dr Taylor very thorough on answering any questions. He really cares about his patients.
