Former patient. Nothing but good things to say about the staff themselves. However, I've had issues with the lenses made in their labs. My son and I each had glasses where the lenses delaminated or the coatings crackled within the first six months. These are normally worn (not safety or sun) glasses always cleaned with Clarkson's solution. Both were denied lens replacements. I have 10 year old glasses I've worn to weed eat, work on cars, shoot in, etc and are lucky to be cleaned with my breath and a dirty T-shirt that still have less damaged lenses. We have since found a new provider.

Professional timely manor, comfortable to communicate with. This doctor has found things in my eyes that the previous doctors had not found. I have been to 3 different doctors in the last two years.
When I complained, they all told me I was just going to have to get used to the lens. They wanted me to wear them for 6 months, then I should be okay. No.
I was well satisfied with the visit and Dr Reed.

They knew an employee was entering prescriptions incorrectly. They did not inform the patients. They remade one pair of glasses, but not the other. $600 wasted. Save your money.

Don't go here if you don't want be over charged and double charged for line items. They overcharged me and double billed me on line items. Always rescheduling appointments. Don't go any these Clarkson eyecare centers just corporate over priced ripe offs. Go to locally own eye center. Corporate greed.

I was shocked when I visited Clarkson Eyecare recently. I knew that Dr. Newberry had retired, but I had no idea that his entire staff, with the exception of Jackie, had left also. It will be hard to find someone that will measure up to Dr. Newberry. He was our dentist for many years and a very good person. Jackie and the rest of the staff were the best. My experience that day was a good one, but I'm sure if I'll continue going once they find a permanent replacement.

Dr Newberry will be missed but Dr Reed meets my expectations. Professional, doesn't mind answering questions and gives details without me prying for them. Staff is as friendly as anyone could ask for, however, no one could explain the phone call from the office which involved a misinterpretation of the 365-day period between annual exams, asking me to change my appointment. Not happy about it.
