Dr Gibson is the best! She was excited about helping me find the perfect bifocal contacts after another Dr told me I would have to switch to glasses full time. I am now over the moon happy with both my glasses and contacts and see better than I thought possible. My prescription wasn't near as strong as the other Dr prescribed! If you want the best, go to Dr Gibson!!!

Dr Gibson is the best, she takes the best care of our entire family of 5 generations. She is so smart, really takes time with her patients to make sure they have the best vision possible. The office staff are the best. Highly recommend.

I was just looking for new frames for some glasses and there was a lady working there that I used to work with, so she helped me find some frames that I loved. It was nice seeing an old friend again.

I have a persistent serious eye condition and have been losing my vision. My first visit was great, and the problem started to resolve but I wasn't able to make one of my follow up appointments and my eye infection came back but they refused to schedule me again despite the severity of my problem. I was told to call the day I could come in and have been trying to every day but the staff has been curt and dismissive and now I'm right back where I started losing my vision and in severe pain. They don't seem to care.

I accidentally wrote down 11am when my appointment was actually at 10am. I received a phone call from the office. I apologized wholeheartedly. Felt so bad about confusing the time. The woman on the phone asked if I could come in later in the day at 1pm. I said no b/c I had another appointment. She then rudely and impatiently said, "you're going to have to call back when you know you'll be available." I said, "I'm available tomorrow." She then quickly responded by saying, "Well, you're going to have to call tomorrow to see if we have any openings!!!!!!" I then responded, "So I'm getting punished for accidentally putting down the wrong time on my calendar. " She said, "you have to call back tomorrow." And then she hung up. Needless to say they lost a patient. I was a new patient. Horrible first impression. It's not like I was an established patient with a pattern of tardiness or no-shows. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't feel comfortable with people that temperamental having access to my records or information

I always have the best experience there. The doc/owner is wonderful. She diagnosed my issue and fitted me with contacts that are AMAZING! Everyone from the front to the back is pleasant. Also a great selection of Eyewear. They do a wonderful job helping you pick the right choice for your face and lifestyle.. Keep up the great work guys! I love coming to your office!

We have been with Dr. Gibson for almost 10 years that she has been in practice! From start to finish this group is dedicated to making sure you receive excellent service & they do it with such warmth & care!!! Each & every one of the techs, office girls are super sweet! Also, I love that I can get some puppy loving when I go for my exam! Super awesome Doc that shares her furry friends with her clients! "Don't shop, Adopt"!!! We are lifetime customers & highly recommend The Eye Center of Paducah!

All of the staff was SUPER friendly. Their willingness to help and answer any questions was great. The Dr was very friendly and personable. She wasn't a run in and run out kind of doctor. She spent a few extra minutes chatting with my son and I. While I was there I made appointments for the rest of my family. 10's for Eye Care of Paducah!
