Eyewear Express

I've used them for a very long time I recently thought I had an issue and I overreacted and they were quick to reply and give me the information I needed. Theyshow great customer service. Turn on the card to navigate insurance when you don't deal with it everyday but they are very knowledgeable and unlike some other eyewear places they are helpful and patient.

My son has some sensory issues so I was nervous about his eye exam. But Dr. Seilheimer was amazing! I will definitely be taking him back when he needs another exam. She took her time and answered all of his questions, even the silly ones. Also, everyone at the front desk was incredibly nice, even the person who called to verify insurance was wonderful.

Dr. Martin told me about this place. They took my insurance and the girl that waited on me was very friendly but also educated in her job field. I told her what I liked and I bought the 2nd pair she showed me They text me today only 4 days later and i got my glasses today. The girl that waited on me today was friendly and good at her job too. I would say if you need glasses go here...I will as long as they take my insurance.

Best exam I have ever been given. Glasses were made the same day. I have a real nice pair of Titanium glasses that give me excellent vision . The contact exam was also excellent. I got some soft contacts with tranitions. Fit and vision are great! I highly recommend this op optical company!

I want to start by saying this doctor is very good at explaining things. He took the time to explain my son's vision and prescription. He is all three of my children's optometrist, he is good and fast at his job. The team he has working with him are nice and on top of it. The other day we had to stop in without an appointment for unseen issues. The courthouse needed extra information for my son to get his permit. The doctor was up front in the lobby and said don't worry about not having an appointment, he had his team check out my sons eyes and he also said not to charge us, we were in and out within 10 minutes and we were extremely satisfied. Thanks again for your help my son passed his test with flying colors!

Absolutely the best eye care establishment I have visited. After my friend lost everything in the tornado, they immediately helped him with his exam and glasses. They took care of him and I am very grateful. This is a company that cares about their community. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service and a larger selection of frames than most places have. I took my teenage son there to get glasses and they were so patient while helping him pick out glasses that he liked and worked for him! I'm actually ordering a more expensive pair for him and getting my glasses there too! the girls that work there are great!
