He took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The office environment is clean, well-organized, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Scheduling was easy, and wait times were minimal. This is truly a first class organization from top to bottom! Class, style, expertise and genuine concern all start at the top and that is Barbara Bowers to the tee! I had cataracts in both eyes. I asked around and a woman at our Church recommended her. During my 1st visit I was told I would be given an eye exam; naturally, I asked how much that would cost and was told that every patient receives a complimentary exam. What a great way to start an experience that was seamlessly performed from that moment to my follow-up appointments. Now, a special shout-out to all the people who were so kind, patient and professional every step of the way; those who work along side Barbara and those behind the scenes. I make a habit of asking those folks if they have any fights with management today. Every one I spoke to said how much they enjoyed working there; they often went as far as saying it was a fun environment ( and you know that, again, comes from the top) Thank you for my new, great and vibrant eyesight I could go on forever but my wife just put a delicious looking meatloaf on the table for dinner so I got to go.
